Greg installed two heat pumps for us, he and his electrician were professional and particular in their attention to neatness, placement and function. We were very impressed with the unique neatness of the enclosed style of installation! Greg asked us to use them for a few weeks then he would come back to answer any questions we may have. (Which he did with expertise and patience).This was super! One unit had a factory defect and it was replaced quickly and without question! This speaks well to the type of concern Greg has for his clients and the pride he takes in his work.

Greg, Ian, and Luke recently installed 2 ductless heat pumps at my house, and my wife and I could not be happier with the caliber of service, high quality workmanship, and performance of the heat pumps. Installation was fast, clean, and safe covid-19 protocols were followed by the GForce Mechanical Inc. We took our time researching other companies, before deciding on GForce Mechanical. There are many companies out there touting to be “the best” or “in business the longest” but don’t be fooled, heat pumps are integral to your house and you want a company that takes pride in its work, stands behind its products, and is honest in assessing your heating and cooling needs. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering getting a heat pump installed in their home.

We didn't even get past the phone call. We informed them that we were shopping around for a heat pump and wanted to compare price and for an estimate. In response they replied, "we deal with quality." And we asked for a quote to compare with. They said no. We then asked if they wanted our business or not and they basically hung up. Apparently they are too good for our money. Won't be doing business with them ever. Neither should you!

We recently had a heat pump installed by Greg, owner and installer of GForce Mechanical. When we first contacted Greg, he was extremely knowledgeable. He only sells Mitsubishi heat pumps of which I researched to be a brand leader with respect to heat pumps, mainly due to their warrenty, and customer service. They do tend to run a little more expensive but I was aware of that. His quote was comparable to other installers for a Mitsubishi product, so when getting quotes, be sure to compare apples to apples in terms of brand. We were very happy with our heat pump and the work Greg has done. His quality of installation was excellent and is love for his trade was very obvious in his attention to detail. We would definitely recommend GForce Mechanical to anyone looking for a quality product, great customer service and excellent installation!!

GForce Mechanical's exceptional installation encloses all cables and parts protecting the equipment from the outdoor elements. Greg explained the best settings for the most effective operation including the summer adjustment to ensure that the heat pumps will work properly.

Update: I just had Greg install two new units in my new house. He was flexible when the construction was delayed due to covid and shifted install dates 3 times for me. His work is really one off in HRM. No one else puts the attention to detail into their work he does. I am extremely happy with his work and with my new Mitsubishi MiniSplits. I never had an issue in 2 years with my previous unit. Greg installed my 15k btu heat pump in May 2018. No issues after two warm summers and a cool winter. Greg’s workmanship is excellent. The fit and finish of the electrical and the piping is great. I’m a fussy person and I’m a believer in if you want something done right you have to do it yourself, well Greg lived up to my expectations. I’m happy and satisfied with the quality of my Mitsubishi ductless heat pump and if anyone is looking for a quality job from a reputable company they should give Greg at G-Force Mechanical a call.

I have researched heat pump makes and installers for the last few years to make sure my investment was sound. Greg's knowledge and approach won me over. I also liked the fact he dealt with Mitsubishi exclusively and did not offer cheap and inferior brands just to get me 'in the door'. Greg did not overload me with technical details like so many other installers I talked to and explained everything in a way that made sense to me. After the heat pump was installed he took the time to show me the various features and made recommendations about the best settings. I wish more businesses had such a "Clients First" approach instead of pushing their products. Warranty was very important and after learning about features like small heaters in the outside unit to extend the life of the compressor plus the 10 year warranty that covers parts and labour, the decision was easy.

Greg held a phenomenal morning meeting to decide what needed to be done and make a plan of action. We, as homeowners appreciated being part of this meeting so that we understood what was happening. I would highly recommend Greg Levy and G Force Mechanical. After getting six quotes and information from each, we found Greg to be by far the most knowledgeable. He was the only one who took the time to assess our attic for wiring and then gave a better recommendation. It helps when the sales person is also the installer. When the job was finished, he even reduced the bill since he used less electrical materials then he originally thought. Greg takes pride in his work and the final product is not only efficient but aesthetically pleasing to the eye. He has always been available to answer any questions we have had.
