Tydan did a nice job for our new deck and patio. I thought it was a simple 2-3 day job, but Tydan was so meticulous with their work and spent nearly two weeks on the job. The end product was stunning - I probably had the most beautiful deck- with Ipe wood- and patio in the neighborhood! It's a bit pricy I'd have to admit, but you pay for what you get, don't you?

Well, what can we say.. these folks at Tydan are absolutely incredible at what they do! We hired Tydan last year for our first project and were so impressed, we knew we would be working with them again.. Now this year, after finishing our Second project with them, we are convinced of their consistency in professionalism and quality! They may appear a bit pricy compared with some of the competitors out there, but you definitely get what you pay for. When you see their finished product and watch the amount of work they invest into a job, it’s worth every penny. Ask about their water features!! Tyler is a true craftsman with ponds and waterfalls. We had a vision of our backyard which included removing and replacing our old and faulty retaining walls with new contemporary Unilock stone retaining walls (with imbedded garden beds). I addition we also were looking for a large brand new Unilock stone patio which incorporated low maintenance landscaping. Knowing the project was as large as it was we wanted to be sure we would be dealing with a pro-active, responsive and quality team which we were glad to find out was the case with Tydan. Tydan's employees were all very professional, completed the job the way it was promised while also providing great suggestions to improve or enhance the backyard landscape further. I appreciated Tydan's attention to detail and doing the job right the first time. I would highly recommend them for all your landscaping and design needs.

So we mailed Tydan about our landscaping projects and for getting a quote and we waited 2 weeks for a response. When we thought they didn’t receive email, we called them and my husband spoke to someone they even didn’t listen what we need or want. They asked if we sent an email, he said we did. They asked when, he said couple of weeks. They said then mail again, bye bye and hung up? I mean what?? What just happened? How did this company got such good reviews? Anyways, don’t recommend them at all…

We hired Tydan this spring to install a wooden privacy fence and interlocking stone patio. We're very happy with the services provided, everything turned out amazing! I believe the progress is shown on their Facebook page.. They dealt with us personally through the quote process and helped to create a plan that worked best with our budget. They are very detail oriented, covering all aspects of the design and build from start to finish. The staff is very helpful and professional! The crew on site were very hard-working and efficient, always taking the time to answer questions or address any issues we may have had. The quality of Tydan's finished product is worth every dollar and in my opinion, will last much longer than other similar providers. They have all the right tools and the know-how to get the job done to the highest of expectations. Some examples of quality include making sure we had a proper foundation backfill to hold the weight of a large patio.. Also, they had to put our fence boards up twice after realizing that one of the batches wasn't treated/stained appropriately by their distributor. I look forward to hiring Tydan again in the future and I fully recommend their services to anyone looking at this scope of work.

We were happy to connect with TYDAN late last year to go over all of the issues that we had been experiencing with the recent extensive landscape that was installed recently by another local landscaper. Paul had assessed all of the issues that needed to be corrected and made us aware of how things should have been done. The following year we commissioned his company to correct the drainage, lighting, stone work, fencing, wrought iron gate and the water feature. We had a dream of creating a backyard oasis where we could relax and enjoy mother nature's best gifts. We engaged with Tydan Landscaping to make it a reality. We started with the design phase to work out a blueprint, then moved on to the HUGE undertaking of constructing interlocking brick walkways, firepit area with sitting wall, a flagstone patio, and a pondless waterfall. Along the way, we had to design and construct significant drainage systems to control surface water runoff (pre-existing problem). The final result was spectacular. The quality of the workmanship is top notch. Working with Tydan and its terrific team of workers was a pleasure throughout. They were attentive to our needs, cared about the quality of their work, and continued to follow up with us after project completion. We would recommend them highly.

I contacted Tydan regarding the rebuild of a 2015 waterfall installation (done by another company) that had failed to operate properly since the time of construction and had become increasingly unsightly throughout the years. Paul and his son Tyler transformed what I would describe as an existing 'pile of rocks' into a work of artistic beauty. The water now cascades over magnificent boulders, accentuated by graceful foliage and lighting. The staff of Tydan are without question masters at their craft. Their work is a blend of passion, proven ability, knowledge and expertise. I offer this review as a word to anyone considering a waterfall installation...certification under the Aquascape guidelines make a difference! It means you get the best there is. For me it is Tydan Landscape Design. My garden has been enhanced because of them.
