Have a water leak that needs to be assessed asap. Got ahold of shamas contracting and arranged for them to come take a look this morning. It was planned around my work schedule which was discussed when I made the call on Wednesday. Today they called me and said they wouldnt be able to comen until 230 pm. This would obviously not work as discussed on Wednesday. Now I have to scramble to find someone else and try to get them to come on no notice. If your looking for a reliable and trustworthy contractor, look elsewhere

They were so prompt and nice, I was very impressed. It’s so nice to see companies still exist that are honest and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend them.

I wanted to give a huge thank you to Shamas & team for the amazing work they did for us. They transformed a very dated 1970's house into a beautiful modern masterpiece. The level of detail and effort they went to was far beyond what we expected. Everything in the condo was "original condition", so the renovation required a complete gutting of the kitchen and bathroom, new drywall, new electrical, new plumbing, and leveling the floor for installing new laminate floors. The work they did speaks for itself - everything was done to impeccable standards. As well, there was always someone available to answer any questions I had, and to help make the process easy for me as it was my first ever renovation experience. Everyone on site was great to work with and you could clearly see the pride they take in their work. It honestly felt as if they were renovating their own home, not just a client's. Prior to choosing Shamas Contracting we spoke to and met a LOT of other contractor companies, and none came close to the positive impression we got from Justin, Sam and their whole crew. I have recommended this team to everyone, including family and friends. The quality of work they do, and their character and integrity is very rare these days. Thank so much guys!

Shamas Contracting offers outstanding customer service and quality workmanship! Their entire team is professional, efficient and personable. All my questions were answered promptly throughout the project and communication was excellent. I especially appreciated the daily update of what I could expect next! I have never had a third party arrive within a 30 minute window or receive a call if they were going to be 5-10 minutes behind. Working as senior customer service manager for over 25 years, I commend Shamas for their exceptional customer service from everyone involved in the project! In this case, Shamas took over my renovation that had sat for 60 days with another contractor without resolution. Within 24 hours, Shamas came out to quote and evaluate what needed to be done and within 5 business days the project was completed above and beyond my expectations! I highly recommend Shamas Contracting and will not hesitate to work with them again!

The team came to my rescue when my sump pump failed in my basement. They were timely, reliable, honest and did speedy clean-up and repairs, came to check on status, and followed through on all details and more (helped fix things that were not in the defined scope)!!! Strongly recommend this company. I will definitely use them again hopefully for a renovation next time and not repairs!! Thanks again to all at Shamas!

We had an amazing experience with Shamas!! Unfortunately we had a flood in our basement.... a lot of water damage.....they were quick to respond and very professional. They were easy to talk to and made us feel comfortable about the process. The crew was knowledgeable and knew the job! Our family had some remodelling projects & called 3 different contractors to get advice & estimates. Upon meeting Sam & Justin from Shamas Contracting we definitely felt comfortable in proceeding with the renovations. After 2 weeks we were still waiting for 1 estimate which when we received it was absurd. We have never worked wth a contractor as efficient and honest as this company. The work at our home was completed in a timely manner and all employees that came to our home were courteous and respectful.
