We chose Riverside to coordinate a main floor renovation in our century home. The project involved completely relocating and expanding our kitchen, removing a wall, enlarging a window, and installing a new floor. Riverside’s team were pleasant to deal with throughout the process. While onsite, they always tried to keep us informed and made us feel comfortable about the work happening. They made an effort to get our input when there were decisions to be made, and had good suggestions about how to make the new work fit in with the original trim and details of our home. They were careful with our space and I’d even say considerate. We were extremely happy with both the quality of Riverside’s work and also with the tradespeople they brought in. Best of all, they did a great job at sticking very close to the projected time and budget - any changes were reasonable and communicated clearly. We both love our main floor transformation and would happily work with Riverside again.

Greg and his team recently renovated my porch. I was impressed with Greg from the beginning as he took time to ensure that the project met my needs both in terms of the design and very importantly the budget. He answered follow-up communications about the project in a timely way, kept me informed throughout the project, and in the end, I had a porch that was on budget and exactly what I was hoping for! The team was amazing. They are a lovely group of people, who are excellent at what they do. The quality of the work was top notch, they left the work site spotless, and they communicated with me throughout the process. When there were minor issues with the paint at the end of the project, my concerns were addressed immediately and to my satisfaction. I will, without a doubt, be using Riverside Construction again for future projects and recommend them highly. I had so many difficulties finding a reliable person who could do the work within a reasonable budget prior to finding Greg and his team. I am glad I found Riverside Construction and I am so happy with my porch. It looks fantastic!!!!!
