During these uncertain times and given the crazy housing market right now, we had been dreading having to go through the process of selling our house. Timing was an issue as we are having a house built and there have been delays due to Covid. From the initial phone call, to the signing on the line that is dotted, Joe Rinehart exceeded ALL of our expectations. Very passionate about his clients and understands why sellers are not very comfortable in paying high commission hence why 2.75% commission structure. Entire transaction was a pleasure, communication was there (phone call or text). Transaction was done electronically and worry free, was there to give advise how to approach offers and conditions. His business structure is built solid, that is what matters the most, allow sellers save on high commission. I would definitely recommend his service and would not hesitate to come back.
