What can I say - he was professional, kind, passionate about his occupation, and efficient. We were having so much trouble with our brand new washing machine and couldn’t figure out what the problem was. At first he wasn’t sure and we collectively thought it was a manufacturing issue. Funny enough, he did some more research, came back after 2 minutes and fixed the issue!! After seeing what a great job he did, I quickly asked him to fix the old water pipe and he did so without any hesitation. I would 150% recommend to anyone! THANK YOU!!

I am happy I found Ramzy! He is a great pleasure to deal with, very reliable, knowledgeable, punctual and hard-working. He went out of his way to accommodate my needs and get things done, even when it was on top of the original scope. I hired him on a couple of occasions, and one was particularly challenging: he had to get my new washer-dryer installed but it turned out that my new appliances were too large for my laundry closet. It was extremely physically hard to get it in and out of the closet and I was afraid he would say no to this job. Instead, Ramzy went above and beyond to get it done, and he worked wonders to accomplish it. He consistently delivers quality work, and what's important he charges very fairly. I highly recommend Ramzy and will surely count on him for all my handyman needs.

I was in need of someone to assist with some work around the house (outside water hoses/front door/water shut-off valve) since family was thinking of potentially selling the house. Trusted the highest rated/most reviews on Google, and wasn't betrayed. Punctual despite stating he was coming in between jobs, able to quickly diagnose the problem with the little information I had provided (I was wrong on what the issue was), and was able to solve it within an hour. Working hours are extremely flexible for those working the 8:30-4:30/9:00-5:00 life + weekends. Would highly recommend for my own future homes and anyone needing home assistance.

He also done a few extra things, mounted the tv on the wall and installed blinds but didn't charge me for them. I appreciate all the hard work.
