It was an excellent experience dealing with Dominic and the team at London Granite from the first inquiry to the final handshake on a job well done. Dominic took the time to help us find the perfect granite for our counter tops. We had a specific look we were after and he sent us many photos and ideas over several weeks. He had his work cut out for ding us the exact slabs we wanted lol I made the trip to two of their granite suppliers in Toronto to look at stones Dominic had suggested. The suppliers were also extremely helpful and we found the exact slabs we were after in Everest White. Dominic picked out our bathroom slabs for us based on our requirements and they were exactly what we were looking for. During templating they made several suggestions from adding a bit more overhang on the back side of the island to make it easier to stand at, a tad more overhang to the counter edges, squaring off the corners on the peninsula to extend the seating area to 7 ft, cool profiles, adding additional bracing to the dishwasher panels and some areas that they extra support behind lazy suzans. Any trim that had to come off for the washrooms counters for clearance. Also made suggestions for backsplash colours, sinks, taps etc. All in all they took the time to insure the install went well by doing a thorough evaluation prior to starting the project. We were able to address all the areas and have everything ready on install day so the 4 installers who came to do the work could get right at it. We had a big piece of granite that had to go up stairs so they needed additional folks on site to handle it safely. We bought our Kohler Prolific sink from a different supplier and they installed it for us. We went with Dominic and Bristol for the 3 vessel sinks and one other undermount as well as the taps, soap dispenser and pop ups. We were very impressed with the quality of the Bristol products. They look and perform excellent. One of the best things about the entire process was how comfortable they made us feel start to finish. We knew we had made the right choice going with London Granite. They are very passionate about their trade and it shows. We did have an issue that needed quick attention and they went above and beyond to help us out on the holiday weekend. They were here at our home, 40 minutes from their shop on a holiday in under 2 hours. Now that is excellent service. We are looking forward to working with Dominic and the folks at London Granite on our next home.

From the outset when I sent an email requesting a quote, a very prompt friendly and professional response was returned by Leana which showed me they were very interested in my business. I selected some samples from their shop located in Dorchester which was a convenient location for me. Dominique, the owner was very prompt when making an appointment and I could always count on him arriving on site on time. The way Dominique laid out our kitchen granite with the grains in the granite made it flow very nicely and beautifully. The install took a matter of days only which was appreciated in order to keep our inconvenience to a minimum. I also found their price very competitive and would highly recommend London Granite for professional and beautiful granite countertops.

Not impressed at all with his company!They not only lack the experience but professionalism and quality of work. Don’t be fooled by the ratings on google because most of the time they are fake. I don’t want anyone to be disappointed by this company the way I was that is why I am writing this. It is nothing personal just my overall experience with the company. I unfortunately am a customer and did not want to get harassed or deal with your company as I already have. I had nothing but a horrible experience and I believe everyone should know what kind of service you provide. You might seem like a nice person online to sell your service but first hand that is not the case.
