I recently had work carried out by these roofing contractors London. They carried out excellent works on my roof which had been causing me problems for a long time. We have had several heavy down pours since and not a drop of water has seeped in. All great and would definitely recommend them to any of my friends or family.

Great company! Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Called around to other company's but found they didn't take the time to discuss my concerns. When I call Himalaya, they listened and began trying to investigate where my water leak might be coming from. When they arrived, they took the time to explain what was going on and showed me pictures. When the problem was fixed, they double checked their work and made sure the leak was gone. I was really impressed with how efficient and professional the crew was. I would highly recommend this company.

Himalaya responded in a timely manner to our request for an estimate to address problems that we had recently experienced with part of our roof. Their quote satisfied our requirements and was competitively priced. The submission was accompanied with a meeting so that details pertaining to the scope of work could be reviewed, and questions and concerns addressed. In short, the project entailed replacing a portion of a shingled roof with a rolled roofing material, replacing some plywood, improving exhaust ducts and some remedial plumbing work. All aspects of the project were performed by, or coordinated by Himalaya. The quality of work met our expectations and was it was performed in a professional manner from start to finish. The project was completed on schedule, allowing for weather conditions, and all cost “extras” were explained and deemed to be reasonable. On conclusion, they were explicit that they would address any issues with the work that they had completed. We would certainly hire Himalaya’s services again without reservation.

I had 10 different roofing contractors give me estimates. In the end I chose Himalaya Group because the price was good, everything was straightforward, and they had a 15 year warranty for labour while everyone else had only 10 year warranty. Everyone on the team was professional, knowledgable and hardworking. They tore off and installed a new roof in a day and did a thorough job cleaning up as well. I was happy with the result and the whole crew did a great job overall. Even my neighbors were impressed! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I had a very good experience with the Himalaya Group. After getting positive feedback from a neighbour I used them to repair my roof. I met with a representative from the company who clearly outlined the options, provided a prompt, detailed estimate and explained how the work would be carried out. The crew that performed the work took care in preparation for the job and did a very good clean-up afterwards. I am very pleased with the results. I was particularly impressed with Himalaya's customer service, when they took responsibility for treating and resealing my driveway, resulting from an accidental spill of gas by one of the crew. Based on both the quality of their work and their genuine care for the customer, I have no hesitation in recommending the Himalaya Group.

I used Himalaya for my roof, they were able to squeeze use in last minute before the winter months approached. Salesman Ziggy was very helpful and quick to respond. We had a small issue with a bathroom vent not an issue with workmanship they resolved at no charge. Would recommend in the future.

Himalaya Group came highly recommended by a family member, they have an A+ rating with the BBB and several fantastic reviews here. They use a program to estimate the work prior to coming to site. I live in a semidetached home. The quote came to me assuming we were renovating both homes. We We’re only renovating our side. It was quickly and easily adjusted. The price was reasonable and on par with the competition. They initially presented themselves very professionally and included liability insurance information up front. We were initially quoted an install date 4 weeks away from giving our deposit. That date came and went and no one showed up or called to say our project had been pushed back. I waited for two weeks to contact them to see when we could get our project installed. We booked another date and another no show with no communication. This happened a total of three times. 9 weeks after we paid our deposit we finally had guys on site. The job took more than one day, which was reasonable. We expected that they would show up the next day to finish the job but no one showed. No one contacted us to tell us when the job was to be completed. We had to call again. Throughout the entire process the onus was on us to communicate. Each time we contacted them we received several apologies and many excuses for the delays. The only reason I am giving two stars is because the workmanship is fantastic. The site was left clean and the guys doing the work were very respectful. HOWEVER, I could not recommend them to a family or friend because it was too hard to get them to complete the job. I’m very disappointed that we did not have the same exceptional experience that other customers have had.

They cleaned up after themselves each day and notified us if any challenges were encountered while working on our house. Great experience and I highly recommend them to anyone!

Ziggy had a quote prepared for us in a matter of days and kept us informed the entire way as to when the job would start and finish, they were able to expedite the job so we could get our house listed for sale, Daniel worked within our budget in replacing plywood, and the rest of the crew worked long hours to get the job done. The clean-up crew even blew our leaves into a pile for me to rake! Thanks to all for a great job. I would highly recommend you .

We chose Himalaya for a major renovation to our home which involved removing 2 major structural walls, moving the kitchen and completely refinishing the whole main floor. In the end we could not be happier with the work that was done and the way the whole process progressed from start to finish. Voytek was very up front and professional and Dillon kept us in the loop every step of the way(even sending pictures of every milestone). Dillon and his team even did things that were over and above what I thought a contractor would do for no extra cost. He hooked up and wired in my in ceiling speakers(among other things) and even came back after hours when we had an issue with our refrigerator after we reinstalled it which was not their issue at all. In the end all the workers were very courteous and professional and the work was top notch. I would recommend Himalaya to anyone looking to remodel or renovate their home.

We contacted Himalaya Group for a quote for a new roof, while speaking with their estimator we received the competitive quote in a very quick and timely fashion. We told the rep that we needed a structured installation on a schedule as we were doing two additional jobs which was adding a new privacy fence and a new pool. He informed us that they also do those projects and that would allow us to coordinate the jobs better. With in 3 days two of the owners came and met with us on site to discuss all 3 projects, we ended up signing with them for all the jobs and saved a very good sum of money by doing so. Our roof was 1st and the crew started on time, did an amazing job and kept the entire project clean and completed on schedule. The crew was extremely professional and clean. Our second project was the fence, which was a huge job, we had removal of over 250 feet of old fencing and posts, the project has some bumps and delays, however the company and the owners actually worked very hard to ensure that all went according to plan. Overall the project turned out amazing. Our last project was a big one, a brand new 14x28 inground pool, with fully wrapped around big concrete deck with all the upgrade you would want in a new pool. With all of the supply chain issues, with all the major price fluctuation with pool supplies and equipment during the pandemic of 2021 Himalaya managed to pull it off and complete the project just 1 day off of the schedule. Thanks to Voytek, Dillon and Mike and all their staff our backyard looks amazing and the roof is still getting compliments, as difficult the construction industry has been since 2020 Himalaya went over and above to take care of us.
