Carlos did a basement renovation for us that included adding a bedroom, new bathroom, new closet and egress window. We are 2 hrs away so we were a bit nervous handing over the keys to our new house, but Carlos gave us the confidence and we were not let down. He's very honest and did excellent work. We were regularly updated with pictures of his work and progress. He was prompt at getting back to us, gave us accurate estimates and was able to quickly address any issues. We certainly would use Davinci Contractors again without hesitation and Carlos has our strong recommendation.

Carlos and his workers were very detail orientated, they didn't leave one streak of paint in the wrong place or mistake in the walls or flooring. They were incredibly professional, clean and provided great advice when we were making decisions. Furthermore, their prices were lower than all the other quotes we received for this job. They were upfront about the costs and provided us with a detailed breakdown. If anything was going to cost more (ie materials we changed) they checked with us first. My only complaint would be that the work was not completed quite on the timeline we were told. I have recommended them to many friends and would not use any other contractor in london.
