After listening to White's suggestion, they installed tankless water heater. They helped us refit the hot water supply pipe in our house to realize the whole house hot water supply system. Tankless water heater is more energy-saving, which can save a sum of energy cost every month. According to white, it can also apply for government energy-saving subsidies, which is very cost-effective.

This company came out and serviced our AC unit, but when we discovered that it still wasn't working properly and after they deposited the cheque of $350.00 (with no receipt like we had asked for), I called them and told them that the unit still wasn't working properly. The dispatcher said that someone would be in touch with us within the next 4 hours. No one called. The next day, I called again and I told her everything and that no one called me back yesterday, she said that she would put a note in there and that someone would be in touch with us within 4 hours. No one called me back. The next day, someone called my husband's cell phone and said they have been trying to call for 2 days. Neither of us had a missed call, especially when the caller id is "Constant Home" as the phone call my husband received that day. He spoke to the lady and explained the situation. He was told that they would send out another service advisor, but that we would be charged and it could potentially be even more than the service call because the unit might need something else. When my husband advised that the service call last time didn't fix anything, and that he is not paying AGAIN to have it potentially not fixed, she advised that was all she could do. We do NOT recommend this company based on our personal experience.

Hello, in response to the review below from Jeff, I never did receive a follow-up email from your office. I had to spend the entire Saturday morning after your second visit cleaning up the mess left in my basement. Communication has been a nightmare, so at this point why would we want to have this company back a fourth time in our home to fix this mess? We don't trust that the work will be communicated or done properly at this point so now we have to pay another HVAC company to fix the ductwork and gas lines that Chris told us could be easily taken care of by your team that wasn't. And to be clear, we paid the full amount of the quote, even though the work wasn't done to our specifications or agreement and the only reason there were balances owing was because your office charged the max on the credit card without even notifying us. So we weren't able to clear funds before the additional charges were made, of which we also weren't notified were happening. All around this experience has been a huge disappointment, an extreme inconvenience and an outrageous expense.

These guys were great at the beginning when I was signing the contract and making deal. I experienced some issues with my furnace and I called them and they had indicated over the phone how to troubleshoot my issues which what I thought was very unprofessional. having said that they constantly kept blaming my air conditioning was the fault when it was clearly the furnace with the scorching hot heat my family had to live for over 5 days without air conditioning due to their lack of knowledge. I called Reliance home comfort to tell them that there was something wrong with my air conditioning and when they arrived they clearly said to me that your air conditioning is fine it's the furnace and whoever installed this furnace did a very poor sloppy job and this is why you're experiencing issues. I called constant homecomfort back to let them know that hey reliance was here and the problem was the furnace and I even gave them the part numbers that they need to fix my furnace .They showed up and tried to repair the damaged parts rather than replace them. I had to go another few more days without air conditioning I was very frustrated called Reliance once again and they came with the parts and fixed my furnace. sometimes cheap is expensive This is just a warning to help others not to experience what I went through and for the ones that already got them installed please have somebody check their work because I was told by Reliance home comfort that there could have been carbon monoxide leak because of the way they installed my furnace.

Just an unprofessional disaster of a company to deal with. Failures in internal communication abound. The work got done, and the furnace we chose works quite well (hence the two stars), but corners were cut, quote details were skipped, and their billing department completely ignored my request not to charge the entire bill at once. For starters they have this great enthusiastic sales guy who came in and sold us on all our special requests and finer details of the work we needed done, and then completely failed on all levels to communicate these details to the staff who were actually completing the work. Sales guy was the main reason we chose this company to do this work, and he absolutely failed to do his job. He provided a quote which he claimed would be on the high side, which they then charged the entirety of despite ignoring our requests. The workers spoke minimal English, so dealing with them was difficult, and they had zero interest in satisfying us - they came to get the job done as quickly as possible, cutting as many corners as needed. They left a huge mess behind on both of their visits. I think the actual quality of their work was acceptable, but their refusal to complete the requests we had been quoted for was infuriating, to say the least. The billing department just confirms that this company is awful from top to bottom. Despite being offered zero options for payment methods and offering my credit card info for a partial payment, they went and tried to bill the entire amount at once, and they have yet to contact me to coordinate these payments. I suppose the previous failures in communication should have warned me about this, but I am in complete disbelief that they would operate in this way and continue to ignore our simple requests, making zero effort to communicate despite the difficulties we've faced. Finally we spoke to one of the managers who was desperate to make things right, but apparently also failed to communicate this desperation to his staff, who continue to bungle what should have been a straightforward client interaction. I would absolutely never recommend Constant Home Comfort to anyone looking to do work on their HVAC.

Within 2 days Jordan came out and replaced both our water heaters by himself. The job was long due to unique original installation, but Jordan was professional, courteous, and meticulous with his work. Great Job! Hot water works great , worth the price.
