We had an excellent experience with Best Drainage. When we moved into our new house we noticed a drainage issue in the front and back yard. Shawn promptly came out for the estimate and responded quickly with a very cost effective quote for our drainage problems. They scheduled the work within a couple weeks and kept me updated. When they came Tyler and all the guys and were very informative, efficient, considerate and completed the work fully while cleaning everything up perfectly. Shawn called me afterwards to check up on everything to make sure we were fully satisfied! We highly recommend Best Plumbing and Drainage and will continue to use them well into the future! I contacted Best Plumbing and Drainage Contractors in late summer 2020 to provide a quote for some drainage issues we had in our backyard. Shawn was able to come and provide a quote with a plan on how to add drainage to the yard with catch basins to provide drainage in the winter months. They were able to come and complete the work in late 2020. A year later, we have had no drainage issues and the small pond we used to get after rain no longer exists. I strongly recommend Best Contractors for their amazing work and also great support. Shawn is very knowledgeable and is a business owner who really cares about what providing great service to his customers.

Also took the opportunity to waterproof as the area was exposed. Dealing with Shawn throughout our project was great. The project started and finished on time. Shawn from Best Drainage was excellent in a time of crisis. Our sewer line was blocked from a tree root and Shawn sent a guy over to scope it out and give us a quote. Turns out the root is right on the property line so Shawn gave us some great info and let us know that we should check with the city because we would probably be better going with them since it was more on the city side and they would need to open that side up. Really honest and quick to respond. Strongly recommend!

I have used Best Plumbing and Drainage Contractors on several occasions. They have assisted us with our home plumbing needs as well as our outside drainage. They installed a beautiful french drainage along the side of our home and installed river rocks so that it blended in with our landscaping. They were always extremely professional, on budget and on time. They respected our home and property and always left the area clean and tidy. We have used a couple of other plumbing companies in London in the past and none of them compare to the level of service Best offers their clients. Called in Christmas night to have someone come in asap. Trevor came asap and fixed our problem. Very respectful and knew his stuff so well. Professional and knowledgeable. Trevor mentioned to me over the phone they have a camera as they do the snake in the sewers to look in etc. No one else offered that when i called for someone to come asap. I called to report a leak in my basement. Sean was over the next day, assessed the area and showed me the crack in the exterior concrete wall causing the water in my basement. He could have easily told me that they could start the job and pocket the money after they fixed the problem. Instead, he gave me another cheaper option and saved me thousands of dollars. He made nothing on his visit but referred me to someone else who could fix the problem for a portion of the price. I am very pleased to see that this type of honesty still exists today. Thanks Sean!

USE BEST FOR EVERYTHING!! Our basement flooded in July 2020. As part of the rebuild, the city of London has a grant program to assist in putting in a sump pump, backup system, and backwater relief valve. They require two quotes be submitted. I called around, and spoke to 6 plumbers, and obtained three quotes. I decided to use Best instead of the other companies because the owner Shawn came out personally to do the quote. He treated me with a respect not found in the other companies. He answered my questions, was patient with my subsequent emails, and never once did I feel like an inconvenience to him. Sadly, I did not feel that same way about the other companies I contacted for needed quotes. I was incredibly impressed by the crew that Shawn has. They are dedicated, hard working and friendly. One of the guys actually had his wisdom teeth taken out during the three day project, and decided to show up the next day to keep working. I am not sure if that is dedication or insanity. Your call.???? I never once heard them swear, which let's be honest, if it was me down there in my basement, I would be swearing a blue streak. I am happy I went with Best, and would recommend them to anyone.

I have had Best Plumbing and Drainage install a catch basin in my backyard, complete basement waterproofing, and install a backwater valve. Shawn readily answers all questions and takes the time to explain the work thoroughly. He even offered to meet with my neighbours to ensure they were comfortable with the work being done adjacent to their property. They are efficient and do an outstanding job cleaning up the worksite when they are finished. I phoned Best Contractors and spoke to a receptionist who was very helpful and pleasant - she told me Ian would be in touch at some point during the day. Not only did Ian call me right away but he was at our office within the next hour. He fixed the issue right away and none of the employees had to leave the office for that day.

The two individuals that came to my home worked exceptionally hard in difficult circumstances to repair my basement . They were courteous, helpful and took great pride in doing a good job. They protected the grass to avoid damage from many, many wheelbarrow runs of dirt and stone. The site was left in immaculate condition, including seeding and river rock. I would highly recommend Best for drainage work. I had two other well known contractors look at the problem and they could not figure out how to fix it.

Ian, the plumber, arrived when he said he would, was friendly and outgoing, immediately identified the problem with my sump pump, addressed it, made sure it wouldn't happen again, and then went on to ensure my back up system was working properly. High quality work. If you want it done right call Best Plumbing and Drainage.. I needed to get a large drainage pipe cut into my foundation - I don't have to tell you when you are dealing with cutting a significant diameter hole into your foundation it better be done correctly or it could be a huge problem. Best Plumbing did the entire job from start to finish and they did a first class job and we've never had a problem! They are a professional outfit, they care about their work, and I would recommend them for any sized job you may have.
