Called them twice in 48 hrs . They never call back and now more than a week and still no one called. So don't depend on this unprofessional company. Try to find the right company and serious people.

My roof peak had deteriorated due to an issue with that vintage of shingle. Accell could have pushed me to replace the roof but instead recommended more cost effective to repair the roof and not add to the landfills when most of the roof was still in good shape. The price was fair, they arrived on-time and there appeared to be very good attention to detail. Thank you!

Great result on a complicated job - solar panels. John's team arrived on time and removed the solar panels, storing them safely on the ground. Then they completed the installation of 50 year shingles, cleaning up each day before they left. Final day's job was to reinstall the solar panels. Inserted the fuses and turned on the inverter and it fired up perfectly. I would have on concerns with hiring Accel Roofing again!

Highly recommended. It was as if we were meeting an old friend when John came to give us the quote and samples. We had some cosmetic changes as the garage was added after the house was built and there was a hump, which was an eye sore. John came up with a solution (when other companies could not) and our roof is now flawless and looks amazing. We also had 2 vents moved, that were not placed in the correct spots. Honestly, the whole process from beginning to end was seamless. Excellent communication, knowledgable, right expectations set, crew was friendly and cleaned up.

I would highly recommend John and his team! They just finished our roof and installed two skylights - one standard size, and one oversize custom order (which some roofing companies wouldn't touch). The service we received was second to none - the job was completed as expected, on time, and for the price quoted. John was very professional and quick to answer any questions we had. In 2020 I had a functioning roof that had never leaked. I decided to be proactive and get some quotes for a new roof. I chose Accell to complete the work. He replaced the shingles and soon after I had multiple leaks in my garage and home, along with a mess left all over the deck including nails which we are still finding. After several repair attempts I got a second opinion, which revealed the step flashing was installed improperly causing the leaks. Accell refused to repair the damages to my drywall caused by the leaks. After a two year ordeal with Accell Roofing with constant back and forth and lack of accountability taken by Accell, I would not recommend their services.

We could not have been more pleased with John and his team as they made the whole process so easy and stress-free from start to finish. John's quote was in line with others we had received, however, the difference was the comfort level in John's presentation and handling of all our questions. As seniors, we followed our instincts and were certainly not disappointed. There was good communication during the whole process. John's crew was very professional, hardworking, friendly and respectful of our property. We were also going through a claim process for the existing organic shingles that did not reach their warranty limit. The claim process is quite extensive. Although John was not part of the former job, he assisted us in that process. John also believes in giving back to the community and donates $50.00 to the Canadian Cancer Society for every roofing job completed. That alone speaks volumes about John's character. We highly recommend John Acton and his team!!!

From start to finish everything from the initial quote to the completion of the job was a positive experience. Anytime I contacted John with any questions or concerns he got back to me within a few hours to answer any questions or concerns I had.When we had narrowed our choices regarding color he provided addresses so we could see what the shingles looked like after installation. During the actual installation someone would check in daily to see how the job was going and whether we had any concerns.
