We had a heat pump installed by South Shore HVAC and couldn’t have wished for better work, service, efficiency, timeliness and cleanliness. We are glad we found this company after arriving from Ontario and would happily recommend them to anyone needing their services. Very helpful too.

From the quote to the install they did a fantastic job. Dave is very personable, knowledgeable and great with suggestions. He worked with us to get the best solutions to heat our house and the best price. Marci in the office is terrific. So helpful and great people skills. The guys that came to do the install were very friendly and helpful and knew exactly what they were doing. Our heat pumps work great and we are so pleased with South Shore HVAC. I have a heat pump in my home that was installed by South Shore HVAC two years ago. The installation went smoothly, and I have had them come back and do the yearly maintenance twice. Always professional, pleasant and on time. A+!

The best HVAC contractor in the area in my opinion. I called around and got a few quotes but no one matched Matt's service and knowledge. The guys came to install only a few days after I accepted the quote. From the quote, to the install, to paying the bill with the ladies in the office, it was a great transaction with South Shore HVAC. Highly recommend!

Never again. I’ll invest in a Mitsubishi or LG and this company is unprofessional and additional charges, never mind about the problems with the Daikin that they’ve installed. There’s better contractors out there that won’t rip you off.
