One of the least professional contractors on the South -Shore- Quotes are not accurate- It took them 2.5 months- and 300% over budget. For bathrooms--Minimal Effort put in by the owner and blames his staff for his tardiness. The pirates are quite alive here on the South Shore- Stay Away. UPDATE- From The BBB- Alert See What BBB Reports On Advertising Review On 07/19/2018, BBB Serving The Atlantic Provinces requested that Millennium Residential Construction Inc. substantiate, modify, or discontinue its claims on the company's website. The company advertised that they were the "top construction firm in Bridgewater". The BBB Code of Advertising states that, "The Primary responsibility for truthful and non-deceptive advertising rests with the advertiser. Advertisers should be prepared to substantiate any claims or offers made before publication or broadcast and, upon request, present such substantiation promptly to the advertising medium or BBB." The BBB Code of Advertising also states that "Superlative statements in advertisements about the tangible qualities and performance values of a product or service are objective claims for which the advertiser must possess substantiation as they can be based upon accepted standards or tests." As of 09/20/2018, the business failed to respond to our inquiry.
