A la fin de la job, ils avaient rien faites sur les cotes de la maison a cause des abri tempo sur les cotes..(il restait un bon 5-6 pied comme faut sur chaque cote, ils ont simplement été paresseux a la fin. Cela dit, meme sil restait une TONNE de neige sur chaque cote de la maison, ils ont quand demandé à mon frère le top de l'estimation de 250 $. Pourquoi facturez-vous le haut de l'estimation pour un travail incomplet? Parce que vous êtes GREEDY et vous ne comprenez pas que le succès à long terme de votre entreprise consiste que vos clients reviennent et vous réfèrent. Anyways, j’ai ensuite appelé mon frère pour lui demander si la job avant été bien faite, Il a dit que la job avait été mal faite, qu'il y avait un trou dans le gazebo et que la rail de la gallery avait débarquer, ce qui honnêtement mineur et vraiment rien de grave (des erreurs ca arrive a tout le monde). Mon frère m'a envoyé les photos, jai ai envoyer au monsieur de sélect-toiture les photos et il ma rappeler tout suite après. Le monsieur a immédiatement changé de ton avec moi et est devenu super défensif et disait *NON NON NON ce trou la était déjà la!...c'était deja comme ca pis ton frère a signé la décharge!!!*...Jetait a job je pouvais pas trop parler. Le trou dans le gazebo me concerne pas ... et la rail de la galerie est réparée ca pris 2 secondes on sen fou de ca....Mais c'est la réaction que jai pas aime, c'est le manque de professionnalisme, le foutisme. Evidement insatisfait, on les as rappeler pour leurs demander s'il était possible pour eux de terminer le travail sur les côtés car il pouvaient enlever encore un bon 3-4 pieds sans endommager les abri-tempos. Le monsieur a dit ok, je ne suis pas au bureau pour le moment, appelez ce numéro et laissez-moi un message, je vous rappelle lundi. Nous avons laissé un message une semaine après nous avons toujours aucune nouvelle. J'ai également reçu un texte aujourd'hui disant qu'il avait supprimé mon message sans même le lire. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! N'appelez pas ces gars, vous méritez mieux!
