Enfin, un membre d'équipe, au moment de faire le travail, nous semblait très tonique dans son attitude jusqu'à la fin, et aussi avec un autre employé notamment. Définitivement, nous ne ferons plus affaire avec cette compagnie.

On me confirme qu'ils le font et qu'ils ont des disponibilités dès la semaine suivante pour les réaliser, donc on fixe un rendez-vous quelques jours plus tard (en soirée) pour une estimation. La veille de l'estimation, on m'appelle pour confirmer le rendez-vous et on me demande si c'est possible de le devancer en après-midi, car ils ont un autre client près de chez moi. Je prends congé pour l'après-midi et confirme ma disponibilité. En fin de journée, je reçois l'appel de Simon Rouleau, qui devait passer faire l'estimation, qui me re-demande la nature des travaux. Il me demande si je peux les faire faire par quelqu'un d'autre (???). Je lui dis que j'ai pris les arrangements pour être disponible en après-midi. Il me dit " de toute façon je suis booké jusqu'en décembre " (???). Bref, il ne veut plus venir. Vous avez le droit de refuser de prendre les petits travaux résidentiels, mais ayez au moins la décence de le faire dès le début au lieu de faire perdre du temps aux gens.
