Mark was great. Very professional, trustworthy, did great work. Our old house has lota of bumps and bruises and even with a lousy canvas, Mark was able to help us repair drywall and update our older spaces. He did so in a timely manner and we were very appreciative of his flexibility with our shift working schedule. We hope we will come back to complete another job in the future.

In 2018 Mark from Marden Construction served as the general contractor for our family’s master bathroom renovation. The work involved gutting the existing bathroom, removing the jacuzzi tub, relocating the shower and toilet, replacing a window, building and installing a vanity and shelving, and other related plumbing, electrical, tiling and painting. Mark is an honest, fair, and skilled general contractor. Our family is very happy with our new bathroom and I have no hesitation in recommending Marden Construction.

Without hesitation, I recommend Marden Construction and will use their services again for future projects. They recently built a storage platform in my garage and the final product is excellent - better than I had expected. It's relatively straight forward to build a platform above a garage door, yet I wanted the final product to be high quality and finished with drywall to match the painted walls of my new garage. From end to end, my communication with Mark Heaton has been seamless and professional. He was readily available to discuss several different designs with me and reviewed the pros and cons with me so that I could land on the right decision.
