There was a small water damage which was quickly corrected at no additional cost. They also went out of their way not to make the interior of the house dirty. The only downside that could have been a big problem if no one was working from home is the lack of punctuality. Sometimes, we were told that someone was going to come on such and such a date at such a time ... and in the end, no one came or came on another day and without warning. We can understand that there are unforeseen events, but we cannot understand the fact that no one is calling just to let us know and not let us wait for nothing. In summary, problem of misstep and punctuality, but in the end the work was completed, the small error corrected and Mr. Fred always answered our calls. Friendly and hard-working team. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié leur patience à répondre à toutes nos questions et leur amabilité. Nous aimons beaucoup nos nouveaux soffites! :) Nous avons aussi apprécié votre honnêteté. Il y a eu un petit dégât d'eau qui a rapidement été corrigé sans frais supplémentaire. Ils ont également fait tout leur possible pour ne pas salir l'intérieur de la maison. Le seul bémol qui aurait pu être un gros problème si personne ne travaillait de la maison est le manque de ponctualité. Parfois, on nous disait que quelqu'un allait venir à tel date à telle heure...et au final, personne ne venait ou venait une autre journée et ce sans avertissement. Nous pouvons comprendre qu'il y ait des imprévus, mais nous ne pouvons pas comprendre le fait que personne n'appelle pour simplement nous en aviser et ne pas nous laisser attendre pour rien. En résumé, problème de faux-bond et de ponctualité, mais au final le travail fut complété, la petite erreur réparée et M. Fred a toujours répondus a nos appels. Équipe aimable et travaillante.
