Tim & his crew were AMAZING! They were super professional, honest and upfront about the work that we had requested be done, and also had great options and suggestions for the extra things that happened to pop up during the job that ended up making a huge difference in the way we can ultimately use the space now that previously had be a stressful, unusable eyesore of a space. There was a lot of pride taken in the work done and it showed in the final quality. (PLUS they were amazingly patient with my nervous self and are wonderful dog people, which I know isn’t related to HVAC services, but it made the whole experience that much easier to manage, which was an extremely helpful and kind experience for me personally so I just had to mention it!) Thanks so much for everything!

Ahh better late than never I always say. But these guys are rarely if ever late. They really took good care of me when I was in a bit of pickle and my AC went down in the middle of summer. I wasn't doing too well on cash too but the owner hooked me up and give me a really sweet deal. Very Military friendly, cheers for the help fellas...

I own a rental property in Pembroke and don't live nearby. I had an issue at the property and Tim went above and beyond to fix my problem at a fair price without me having to travel out there. On top of that, he also followed up about a month or so after the work was completed. Top notch service!

We called Easy after another company no showed us twice. Not only did Tim show up but he went above an beyond his duties. He tried to do anything to get us heat until he could do a complete furnace replacement. unfortunately our primary heat exchange had a hole so there was nothing we could do except replace the whole furnace. knowing our circumstances, Tim got us in as soon a possibly from the time we called until the time they started the replacement was less then 15 hours. we couldn't be more thankful. Tim & Chad took the time to explain exactly what was wrong, why it happened and what they were doing. I cant say enough great things about the company and the owner! Called for a furnace service/repair and they worked really well around my schedule. Nick was the tech that came by. Very polite and knowledgeable. Good work done quickly. Highly recommend. He had an apprentice with him so the future will be in good hands. Addition. Had an issue with our furnace again, nothing related to the above repair. Same excellent service as before! Very experienced personnel and the tech was very willing to explain the issue as he went. Great company.

These guys are some of the most professional in their field. They took the time to explain what was wrong with my AC and as well what they needed to do to fix it. I called EasY HVAC after another local company botched the job. The other company certified my system as being fully operational even though it would not cool the house and tried to charge me for work that they claimed to have done but in fact did not do. EasY HVAC came in and fixed the other companies mistakes and now my AC is functioning as required. I highly recommend EasY HVAC for any services that you might require.
