Promptly showed up so I will give him that but when asking for a paper quote he failed to deliver even after phone calls and text message. Ended up going with someone who actually wanted to make some money.

Had them come in to finish a job a previous contractor had worked on for several months without finishing. They were able to come by and finish the job complete in about 8 hours, which included redoing quite a bit of the previous contractors work. They had come by on Saturday to have a look. We called back to confirm the job on Monday and the crew was at the house forst thing in the morning on Tuesday. They were courteous and began work without waking my wife. They worked efficiently to ensure the work got done before the coming rain. Very much appreciated all their hard work. Would definitely recommend.

I called on Monday and had them at my house Tuesday morning. The whole crew was very friendly, very professional. They definitely know what they are doing and the end price was what the quoted cost was. I am extremely happy with the company and will have them back in a couple of months to do some more work for me.

Called and set up an appointment for him to come take a look at my leaking basement on a Tuesday; he never showed. I had to call him and ask if he forgot. He said they were on their way here and got into an accident on the highway and he wanted to reschedule for the coming-up Saturday morning at 9:30am, I said I would be home all day and we agreed. Saturday rolls around and 9:30am, he isn't here yet. I call him, no answer. 10am I call again, no answer. 10:30am, same thing. I must have called him 5 times that morning before giving up. He didn't bother trying to contact me to let me know something came up etc... just another no-show. I just got off the phone with him (its the following Wednesday today) and I asked what the deal was with the no-show on Saturday. He said they got really busy (You would think that we'd be a part of his schedule already considering he planned Saturday with us 4 days prior and was apparently free) I then chose to ignore the blatant disrespect he was showing since there aren't many choices around here, and I asked him again, "So, when can you come by? This water issue is just getting worse" He replied and said "Well, I can't. Like I said, we are too busy" Awkward silence... I hung up for fear I would say something I'd later regret. Do yourself a favor and avoid this contractor like the plague.

I hired Demers Masonry on the recommendation of a friend and am very happy I did. The cost was exactly what I was quoted. The crew was timely, fast and very professional. They explained every step of the process to me as they were going. When they found a few extra problems they showed me and got my ok before going ahead with the extra repairs. Ten year transferable warranty on the work, pumps and backup system. All around I’m very pleased with the work and highly recommend this company.
