After dealing with a number businesses locally and having a botch job done on our Eavestrough by another company 5 years later we had to get it redone as it was warped from ice and leaking in every corner. We called up C&C to replace it. They ended up offering us a great price on our roof with drip edge and Eavestrough. We went for it and we’re really impressed by these guys. The quality of work was really good. Now we are in the first winter and haven’t had any issues. We upgraded our hangers and the eaves are very rigid and appear to not be affected by the ice.

Unpleasant, Inflexible and Bullying to Seniors I am a senior and was looking for an eavestrough estimate for my elderly mother-in-law. When I first texted Cory (contrary to his response, we never spoke on the phone) he was upbeat and used a lot of LOLs and emojis. He promptly sent me an estimate which turned out to be a setup to an upsell and another estimate for a more expensive product. Not unusual for a salesperson to do, but when I suggested a hybrid solution that would have the upsell product on the house and standard hangers on the garage, things went south in a hurry. Cory told me I was trying his patience and he would not do another estimate, but did suggested it was possible and offered some cryptic pricing. I really only had one true estimate, as the 1st was just an upsell setup to the second, but no matter, I tried to figure out the cost and texted him back. The response began with an exact price for standard hangers and then he said “I’m not interested in installing them” and that he no longer had any time for me. I said he was being rude and I would leave a negative review. I probably would not have even bothered, but he continued to text me, calling me names (“narcissist”, “straw man”, etc) and sent other bizarre messages. As a result I did post a review and soon after he texted me pictures of my mother-in-law's home threatening to confront me and continued with profanities and threats of legal action. Fortunately all his outrageous and bullying statements are in writing. Caution advised.

I was impressed by the punctuality, quality and speed of this service. They showed up quickly I barely noticed them when they were here and didn’t even notice them leave. They left without so much as a footprint with a very nice finished product. Give them a chance you won’t be disappointed.

I contacted C&C about a consultation and they called me back very quickly. Something you don’t get in a lot of instances… if ever. It was a good start. Cory came to our house. He was very courteous and he seemed knowledgeable about the product they sell, as well as the business they are in. He offered ideas and proposed solutions to a few issues I was having with the trough we had in place. He very quickly provided what I thought was a reasonable estimate and we agreed on a timeline for the work to be completed. They showed up on schedule. Not something that happens these days! They proceeded efficiently, and expertly. Ryan took the time to give me a few options on how he would like to complete the job to improve on what was currently in place. His suggestions have enhanced the effectiveness and look of our house. The work was done with a minimum of disturbance to us and done quickly considering the size of the job. (It’s a large, complicated roof line with 18 corners) C&C does it all. They communicate with you, price reasonably, install superior product expertly and leave your house better than when they came. If you are looking for any work they perform, call them first!!! Call them now!!! You’ll be impressed. Dillon P

Cory was very thorough and explained every step of the process to me as I had no idea what to expect getting my roof done. Everything from product to disposal was perfect. His quote was almost perfect, I saved a couple bucks from what he initially thought. I couldn't have been happier with how fast and professional they were. In the fall of 2019 we were in a pinch and needed to get our roof and eavestroughs done to sell our house in early sprIng. We had quotes from other companies but couldn’t get them to show up to do the work. We called C & C up and Cory made an effort to get out to us right away. He gave us a quote and came in lower than the rest. He was quick to line up the work and completed the job very timely.
