We used Jim's service to do a full remodel of a downtown 1bed/1 den condo in 2018. This included demolition of wall partitions, taking out old floors, and complete facelift of the condo from 80s facade to a modern dwelling (new floor tiles, flooring, waterfall kitchen counter, new bathroom) creating a bright and open layout. He lined up some of the specialized trades for us such as plumbers, electrician and tiles. He also uncovered some problem areas regarding a faulty sprinkler which was quickly addressed thereafter. Everything was done on time and within budget. We're very happy with the end result and have also availed other services such as custom woodwork furnitures.
