First of all, when I emailed PCS about my problem, I received a response within 10 minutes, and Derek quickly came out to diagnose our plumbing problem. What I thought was a confusing issue was familiar and straightforward to him. He explained the process, gave us a very reasonable estimate, and proceeded to neatly and efficiently fix the problem. Our tub and shower area is water tight now and we are so grateful to be worry free. As well, we had a problem in our basement with a backing up sink, and again, the response time was very quick, the price very good and Kylan worked very quickly and persistently to relieve the blockage. I would have no hesitation to recommend Prince Construction Services as they are knowledgeable, reasonable and effective!

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience using PCS Construction. I hired them for a bathroom renovation and they completely exceeded my expectations. Not only did they replace the original tub and tiles with a brand new tub and surround, they also painted the entire space and replaced the toilet, mirror and light fixture for far less than I had been quoted for just a tub surround by another company. From day one, Derek took the stress and worry out of the situation and reassured me that the leaking issue I was having was easily fixable and would be complete in a few days. He was absolutely right, until a leak from my upstairs neighbour caused damage to my ceiling. Derek and his crew were on top of it from the moment it happened and were able to repair the new damage and complete the rest of the renovation within days. Derek was always willing to take care of whatever else I threw at him along the way, always with a smile. He also made great decisions about fixtures for the space when I wasn’t able to provide an option. They always let me know when they would be doing the work, how long it would take and followed through on everything they said they would do and much, much more. They truly respected my time. An amazing crew of people and would never hesitate to use them again. Thank you Derek.
