Used Modern Purair Langley in December 2021 to clean our furnace and vents, Carter was our Tech and he was great! Professional and efficient. There was a small issue, long story short we had to use power from our neighbors house. Carter problem solved and was able to get the job done that day and then our neighbors received a free dryer vent cleaning. would highly recommend this company, very impressed with the service and I'm happy to be breathing cleaner air. Recently had a nose surgery and wanted to avoid any kind of sneezing so I decided to get a furnace cleaning from a more expensive company. I've always used the cheaper guys that just took a hose to the vents and were done in a few minutes. I was completely caught off guard when Tim said it would take 2 hours to do fully. He showed me what came up and it was tons of drywall dust that had been sitting there for 20 years since the house was built. The cheaper guys had really been doing nothing this whole time and I could have been doing the same by just sticking my vacuum into the vents... Glad I got the more expensive company that knew what they were doing to do it as they actually did the job they were paid to.

Keith called ahead to let us know when he would be here and he was right on time. He came in and went over everything with us, explaining the process and how it would work etc. He was very knowledgeable and it was really interesting hearing the things he was saying. Once the process was started he showed us how dirty the ducts were just from the first place, it was bad. Once he was done he went over the ways to maintain the filters, where to buy them, how often to replace them and which were the best to buy. I really felt like we were in good hands and I am so glad we have a healthy clean duct system thanks to Keith! Would very highly recommend Modern PurAir to anyone looking for duct cleaning.
