We called Deck Crafters to assess our large wooden deck which was starting to rot. They answered the phone and came within a week. After some consultation and quotes we decided on a full tear down and rebuild using composite. We were thankful we did because no part of the old deck was salvageable. Ron and Sandy were up front with their availability and costs and those didn't change unless we added new changes of our own. We were beyond impressed with Ron's work ethic, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. He worked through the heat and the rain. He explained the flaws in the old deck and how he would fix that with the new deck. He even returned after the full deck was complete to refine minor details. The new deck is fantastic and we absolutely recommend Deck Crafters. Ron also replaced our gate, made us a composite bench, and replaced the vinyl porch. If you're looking for this kind of work, give them a call. The ease of communication with a small company cannot be beat and knowing you have the boss working on your deck directly provides real quality assurance and peace of mind. Five stars.
