I hired Custom Drywall to complete the installation of drywall on the ceilings and walls of my North Vancouver home. At first, Boyd was professional and pleasant to deal with but then things took an unexpected turn. On Monday Boyd committed to coming out and starting the work but he never showed up. Then on Tuesday he swore he would be on site to start the work but again he never showed up. Then on Wednesday he vanished. I reached out to him multiple times to find out what was going on, both via text and phone calls, and he never replied. He didn't even have the courtesy to let me know he was busy and couldn't take on my job as promised. He was completely inconsiderate and unprofessional and wasted my family's time. Don't make the same mistake I did, stay away from Custom Drywall and Boyd.
