We have been trying to get a paving company to come and price out a job for us. I was driving past the crew from Blackstone Paving and asked for them to come and price it out for us. They came within 2 hrs and we agreed on a price and the paved the end of our drive way the same day. We would highly recommend them.

Blackstone Paving gave the most economical quote and they lived up to everything they said they were going to do. The quality of their work was excellent and the crew was genuine and hard working. They made adjustments as needed to do the job right dispite lengthening the project and didn't compromise quality with no additional charge. I had a very large warehousing project that encompassed many phases and across several weeks, all while the warehouse was operating. This was not a job that any paving company could perform, I met with estimator Roger and he patiently worked through several iterations of the work needed. They ended up completing the project two weeks ahead of schedule. The daily communication with Black Stone was both exceptional and professional. Now, they weren't the cheapest, but I strongly believe you get what you pay for and this is why they are deserving of a 5+. This is exactly what professionalism, good communication and customer service should look like yet seems to be missing in so many other companies these days.

We have lived over fiver years in our home with a cracked up driveway from tree roots, so it was very exciting to put in a new driveway. Mike and his crew spent an entire day excavating and prepping for the new asphalt. There were so many roots below the old driveway, and they carefully and precisely (even some by hand and shovel) dug them all out. They came back a second day to put in the fresh asphalt. They were fast, efficient and (most importantly to my type-a perfectionist brain) extremely clean - both days they were here they left NO MESS behind and took very good care of our concrete walkway and front lawn. Straight lines and a flat surface. We're SUPER HAPPY with their hard work! Thanks, Mike and crew!

Blackstone Paving has performed more than 20 projects for me in the past 3-4 years. All projects were very high in quality, staff was very friendly, great coordination, accommodating and were respectful to our clients. I represent a large construction company and I have yet to find better service and value in a paving company.

I made it clear to this company that I was concerned about drainage off my driveway once it was paved. I was told it would be no problem. What I have after paving is two large pools of water when it rains at the joint of my new pavement and concrete slab. I will be walking thru 18 mm of water all winter long and I suspect that after a few winters of freeze/thaw I will be digging it all up and starting over. Don't shake hands with these guys.

Roger was very quick to respond to my inquiry for driveway sealcoating. He came to my home in Brookswood, to inform me what still needed to be done. I was able to do as recommended the next morning, and by evening my driveway was seal coated. The crew was very pleasant and in good spirits considering their long day and the impending heat wave. Highly recommend and will use them again.

Roger was quick to get back to us on a quote that was competitive, prepped the site and applied the blacktop down with care to where the water would be draining to, we live on a hill so water drainage is an issue. The final product is better that we imagined with a smooth finish and no trip hazards to our entrance. I would highly recommend then to anyone.

I had Blackstone Paving remove and replace 2 driveways at my house 2 years ago. The finished surface was rough so I paid a driveway sealing company to seal it to fill some of the bumps in. 4 or 5 months after completion I noticed hairline cracks in spots of my driveways. I had Rodger come out and take a look but he didn't seem very wiling to deal with the cracks other than seal coating. 2 years after the job was done I now have spots with multiple cracks in them that are opening up wider and wider. Seems the road base underneath may be to blame. In the last month I have sent emails, text messages and photos to Rodger and his son Mike who did the job at my house asking for them to come by and look, they seem to be ignoring me as they don't want to deal with the problem in both of my driveways. I am appalled that Blackstone Paving is just ignoring me. After several estimates I believed that I was hiring the best company for the job and now I wish i had gone with a different company. I attached pictures of both my driveways.
