Overall would not recommend due to lack of communication, poor workmanship/attention to detail, and lack of general customer service or commitment to customer satisfaction. - Crew was supposed to arrive at 9am. When they didn't show up , I called the owner and left a voicemail - no response. Crew finally showed up at 10am - were not very communicative - no explanation for being late. - Without telling me ahead of time, the installers cut a large number of branches off of the trees around my fence area - In addition to cutting branches without permission or prior notice, the installers also left the branches in large piles around my yard. When I asked if they would be hauling those away, they told me that they don't dispose of green waste. I called the owner and he told me the same and refused to haul away the branches. After the installers left, I discovered an even larger pile of branches behind my shed that they did not tell me about. After another call to the owner, he finally agreed to send a crew back to haul the branches away, which they did a few days later. - When the installers initially finished their work, I found that they had left a large gap between a fence panel and a tree that straddles mine and my neighbour's yards. Worried that my dog could get out through the gap, I asked them to fill it. Their solution was simply to screw a couple of boards across the opening - not visually appealing in the least (see photo). I get that working around a tree like this presents special circumstances and requires extra work, but this was never brought up during quoting/measuring, or before starting work. - When cutting a panel for the gate, the lattice cut was very rough, and it was simply put back together with no finishing (see photo) - The owner initially told me he would have the gap by the tree fixed with some proper fence panelling, but is now no longer responding to my texts or emails. He has not responded about the poor workmanship on the gate. As for positives, well they were on the lower end of the cost spectrum.

Less than a year after being installed, my new fence has developed significant gaps. These were supposed to be premium panels. Several attempts to discuss with Suki have gone unanswered. Not impressed.

We hired ASSA FENCING LTD to put a fence in the back yard including a two piece aluminum gate to the back alley. I have done several fences in my life and consider myself a perfectionist. I was somewhat apprehensive at first about contracting it out. Having said that, I was more than pleased with the service Suki and the crew at ASSA FENCING LTD provided and even more thrilled at the results! These folks did a beautiful job!
