We didn't use their services. We requested a quote, then had to follow up two times to get a reply. Finally received the quote, we agreed to it, and never heard from them again despite repeated efforts to contact them. Meanwhile it was pouring rain and our old eavestroughs were leaking water onto our newly painted exterior. This was a disappointing complete disregard for our time. We weren't "kicking tires", we had the work completed yesterday by another company.

I pulled into a turn today: doing speed limit and signalled early. Was a nice day so I had my window down... As I turned in there was a Gutterson van waiting at the junction, the long haired prescription glasses wearing driver just started screaming and swearing at me (he also had the window down). I pulled over and went to get out of the car, but he had already pulled away. Never did figure out what his problem was, but all the same, not cool to be screamed/sworn at like that for no reason. Might be a smart idea to not act like a belligerent fool in a van with your company’s name plastered all over it next time?

I run a small condominium in Banff. We have been working with Gutterson Contracting on roof improvements for the property over the past few years. They have always produced excellent quality work and are extremely helpful when it comes to troubleshooting roofing or siding issues. I would recommend this company if you have any roofing problems or just need to upgrade.

My Boyfriend signalled in to a turn today, doing speed limit and driving safely... All of a sudden, for no reason, a long haired man wearing prescription glasses started screaming and swearing out the window of a Gutterson van at us. Not a good look for your company!
