Our house was literally flooding when we called them. We couldn't find the water switch, so it was a real emergency. They told us they were on their way. 3 hrs later, we called to see what was going on. Turns out they never had any record of our call. Thankfully, we were able to find the water switch ourselves. Stay away from this company: the plumber who came did not have the proper competence and kept going back to his truck for tools. Being charged by the hour, it seemed almost intentional. The quality of work on the water pipes in our project was very poor and not as per the highest standards. If you complain to the customer service, it is a dead end. Not even sure how this is 4.0 on Google Reviews.

The approach in the context of emergency work / repair which seems to be excellent in seeing the comments of my predecessors and the approach for the renovation work. I experienced the second approach. I call Plomberie Pro Solution to estimate an all-important plumbing work for basement renovations where I wanted to fit out a brand new bathroom and make small modifications to existing plumbing . The guy moves and comes to see the work to be done. He said he would send me a quote the next day and that I could contact him during the holidays if I had questions. A few days later, having still not received anything, I follow up by email, but without putting any pressure because I understand that we are during the holidays. Monday January 8 (2 weeks after the site visit), I follow up by telephone with the same individual - he answers - asks me a few seconds and puts me on hold - the line ends up hanging up! I understand the message that he is no longer interested in the job! However, I deplore the lack of professionalism, seriousness and respect. I have no problem being told that we are running out of time or that the job is too small, but at least say it and don't hang up on me !! This experience only reflects the behavior of an individual, but unfortunately this is the image that the company Plomberie Pro Solution has projected. It's a shame because I work for a major client in Montreal and am involved in projects where we build / renovate a few hundred thousand square feet per year and I will make sure that Plomberie Pro Solution is not invited to call off. L'approche dans le cadre de travaux d'urgence/réparation qui semble être excellente à voir les commentaires de mes prédécesseurs et l'approche pour les travaux de rénovation. J'ai vécu la deuxième approche. J'appelle Plomberie Pro Solution pour faire une estimation de travaux de plomberie tout-de-même important dans le cadre de travaux de rénovation de sous sol où je voulais aménager une toute nouvelle salle de bain et faire des petites modifications à de la plomberie existante. Le gars se déplace et vient constater les travaux à faire. Il me dit qu'il m'enverra une soumission le lendemain et que je pouvais le contacter durant les fêtes si j'avais des questions. Quelques jours plus tard, n'ayant toujours rien reçu, je fais un suivi par courriel, mais sans mettre de pression car je comprends que nous sommes durant le temps des fêtes. Lundi 8 janvier (2 semaines après la visite des lieux), je fais un suivi par téléphone auprès du même individu - il répond - me demande quelques secondes et me met en attente - la ligne fini par raccrocher! Je comprends le message qu'il n'est plus intéressé par la job! Je déplore toutefois le manque de professionnalisme, de sérieux et de respect. Je n'ai pas de problèmes à me faire dire qu'on manque de temps ou que la job est trop petite, mais au moins dit-le et ne raccroche pas la ligne au nez!! Cette expérience reflète uniquement le comportement d'un individu, mais malheureusement c'est l'image que l'entreprise Plomberie Pro Solution a projetée. C'est dommage car je travailles pour un important donneur d'ouvrage à Montréal et suis impliqué sur des projets où nous construisons/rénovons quelques centaines de milliers de pi2 par année et je vais m'assurer que Plomberie Pro Solution ne soit pas invité aux appels d'offre.

The company came to my house as subcontractors. I'm not blaming the company that hired them for work that was so poorly executed by them Pro Solution. I believe that subcontractors are responsible for their own work. Some of the work was good but other OMG! Exemple the sink in the bathroom was installed backwards and we also see the drawers from the vanity in the middle of the sink, so we can't put the drain pipe and the toilet is to far from the wall. I called Monday the 18th to speak with Patrick, left message with the receptionist no return call from him, so I called another plumber to come and fixe their work. Update: Another plumber, fixed the sink today, the one that was glued backwards. (Pro Solution, you get an A+ for ????trying). Then, we started to connect the pipes, well guess what, it's too high ( 28-29 inches from the floor). That means, when I use the sink there is always water left in the drain all the way to the top. Sooo, to fixe it, I have to break the wall and lower the pipe 5". Thank you for your incompetence Pro Solution, your deserve an A++. ???????????????????? Also, one of the pipes that they put in for my water heater, guess what it leaks at the elbow joint. They didn't weld the pipes well. Yeah!!!!????????????????
