Tried to cut some corners picked up a toilet at Reno for 98$ +taxes installed it...turned the water on and BAM!! Water started leaking so I shut off the water and began fighting the bolts that connect the tank to the bowl and busted the brand new toilet..so I found Levine bros online and gave them a call ..thank the plumbing gods I did cz turns out I needed a new flange ...so the plumber came super fast I picked up a new 98 dollar toilet and everything worked out ... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LEVINE BROS service and customer care is 120% I will most definitely use them again ... 5 star service all the way through!

Well, their emergency service is just for existing customers. I have never seen such a weird business model: if you are not an usual registered customer, and you need help outside business hours (which is the exact definition of needing *emergency* services), well there is no way to become a customer, so they basically will just hang up on you. It's beyond understanding that in 2021 a company offering emergency plumbing services would function like that.

Unfortunately the plumber showed up at 8:30 unannounced. No call. Was supposed to come between 10 and 4. He had no way to collect payment. I still haven't received a call back about how to pay. I don't even know how much it costs. He did fix the problem well. But overall customer service is horrible.

Receptionist was incredibly rude. Plumber installed my hot water tank too close to the furnace and they refused to fix the issue. I was told it was my fault even though I was explicit that the furnace needed to have access. Ended up paying another plumber at a different company to fix their mistake, out of pocket. I used their services before and it was ok except for the guy taking very long trips to his truck for parts and ending up with a $550 bill. Called them for a second time a few weeks ago and the guy answering the phone took my info etc. right before he hung up I told him that I wanted to warn them about work being done on our street and he said in that case it would not be possible to send anybody because "they could not be walking all the way to their truck for parts" I decided to end my conversation with him in disagreement and he called 1 minute later saying that he never said they would refuse to come etc. I told him, maybe you can come when the road work is done right? the guy asked which date the works ended to what i answered "not before December 2018..." I don't think he got the message but anyhow ... DIY saved me a few hundred bucks for sure and not having to rely on services like such. Replaced a bath tub faucet cartridge myself and my bathrooms toilet. It's good and always useful to learn new things ... thanks Levin bros.

Wasted a whole day off work waiting on these guys. Apparently if you’re not already one of their customers this is how you get treated. I’ll be giving my business to a company that actually deserves it. They made me wait all day for nothing...Angela called me to try and reschedule at the end of the day. Even though she confirmed to not having an emergency and that I was next in line they still needed to cancel my appointment and when I resisted and asked to speak with a manager she said they would call me back. A man named Jason called me back and said based on the pictures I had sent they weren't sure they could fix my problem because it is not a brand name...that I would have to change the whole unit etc. I asked him why were they only discussing this with me now when they had those pictures weeks ago?? He said he would check and call me back...he never did. Anyway long story longer, I sent an email to Angela and told them I will take my business elsewhere. A whole day lost...my time is valuable, too! Now I have to start the search all over.

Not sure what rating to give here. Had a sump pump installation booked, which I assume is fairly routine. They came promptly, great service etc, but the pump broke and shut off after a day or two. They came back and replaced it -- free of charge, again very nice about it and wanted to get it sorted. 2nd pump broke again, same story. They suggested it was perhaps a fault with electrics -- surges or some such. Called an electrician and had a new line installed (+$$). They came back and installed a third pump (+$$). It subsequently stopped after a couple of days. So -- good service. But ultimately, didn't get the job done (or appropriately respond to whatever was causing the issue) and I had to pay for two ultimately useless pump installs and an electrical installation which wasn't the issue (and then again with Systemes Sous Sol, who managed to get it to work). So I'm a lot out of pocket for what feels like a routine job. That said, they tried their best and were nice about it. I'd still probably use them again.

After a faucet failed and started leaking from my bathroom into the neighbour's downstairs, Levine was the only plumber out of 3 I called who was able to send someone that day. They called 30 mins before arrival as promised, showed up on time, and successfully installed a replacement tub kit. They even managed to remove my tub tiles cleanly without breakage so that i can easily and cost effectively put them back following the repair. They are more expensive than my usual plumber of choice, but it was an emergency situation and they arrived same day! Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

The Customer Service of both the Manager and the person who came were professional , courteous and friendly. They asked questions to understand and determine how best to service me. I sent many pictures as they do not come for estimates on small jobs like I needed done. However, the person who came didn’t have the proper material and had to go back to the office which took time, and, miscalculated the height of where the tap could be installed. It’s a few inches but it could have been higher for me to manoeuvre. I would recommend them but it could have gone better for me.
