Brought my Ariens snowblower here for a Tune Up estimate. Was told it would cost 900$. Decided I was going to buy a new Yamaha on tracks. One of the workers told me I was buying something full of issues. Probably because he doesn’t carry Yamaha products or is just clueless. Probably both... Even worse, went to go pick up my Ariens so I could sell it and the thing was not returned in the condition I dropped it off in. Spark plug missing, snow chute was taken apart and a plastic bag was hanging on the handles with a bunch of parts in it. I dropped it off and it started. Now it doesn’t start. Also called in advance so they could forklift it into the back of my truck... and that didn’t happen either. Lastly I asked for a copy of the estimate and they refused to give it. They said “that’s in house information”. It’s also important to note that I paid 50$ for the estimate. Overall a terrible experience. But I look forward to my new UNIT of a machine. Go Yamaha. Safe to say I will never be going here again.

Nice Ariens parts dealer. By the way, if your OHV snowblower engine doesn't start, look up on Youtube, this problem is very common and you can easily fix it yourself at home. Tee friction discs on modern snowblowers also last very few years, the rubber part is made of very soft material and wears off and the snowblower won't move in the slower speeds. You can buy a genuine disc from this store and replace the disc yourself, look up Youtube for tutorials

Parts service was not helpful. If you don't know EXACTLY what you're looking for or the EXACT part number, don't call here. They will just tell you that you're incorrect without any offer of expertise or assistance; all delivered with a tone of voice implying that you are a moron. Unpleasant and unprofessional. Much better service can be found at Vinco.

(Translated) I go there for lack of choice for propane at a decent price. I'm told to wait for the employee to be ready but he tidies up so I don't feel the priority. At the counter, one of the owners continues a personal conversation with the customer even though I already have my exit card to attempt a quick transaction. No smile I did not feel warmly welcomed. I like to encourage local companies, but I think that you shouldn't take your customers for granted and maintain the consistency of good "neighborhood" customer service. For now I do not recommend since my personal experience was disappointing. (Original) J'y vais par absence de choix pour le propane à prix décent. On me dit d'attendre que l'employé soit prêt mais il range alors je ne me sens pas la priorité. Au comptoir un des proprios continue une conversation personnelle avec le client même si j'ai déjà ma carte de sortie pour tenter une transaction rapide. Aucun sourire je ne me suis pas senti accueilli chaleureusement. J aime encourager les compagnies locales mais je pense qu'il ne faut pas prendre sa clientèle pour acquis et garder la constance d'un bon service à la clientèle "de quartier". Pour l'instant je ne recommande pas puisque mon expérience personnelle était décevante.

Did my research on snowblowers and came here to buy an Ariens. I wanted a local dealer for service and they did not disappoint. Staff are knowledgeable and took me through operation of the unit. Assembled and tested unit with next day delivery. On site repair and service. Perfect!

My pressure washer stopped working so I asked them to take a look. The employee said it was totally finished and then began recommending new models they had available to purchase. I was skeptical so I asked for on opinion from another store and they told me to change the Oil. I changed the Oil and the washer now works perfectly. I won't be back to this store.

I brought in my stihl chainsaw for a service and repair as it was stalling on me alot and i didn't have time to do the service myself. They charge about 50 bucks to look at it but if you choose to go through with the repair, that amount is deducted from the repair costs, which is fair enough. I was quoted $350 bucks on top of the $50 over the phone for the repair and then the guy started trying to sell me a new one for $400. As the saw was old and still more or less worked, I opted to cut my losses and take it back. When I got there, they gave me a box with all the pieces of the chainsaw taken apart inside(see pic below). They told me as i wasn't using them for repair, even know they keep the 50 bucks, they would not put the saw back together as it wasn't worth it for them. When i started putting it back together myself in the store to make sure all the pieces were there, I was asked if i could leave as it would upset the owner to see me putting the saw back together in the store, this even after i had given him back his tester spark plug he'd forgotten in the box. The majority of the pieces they'd quoted I had already replaced myself in the last year and still function. I won't go back, poor customer service and I simply don't trust these guys.
