No good plumber comes cheap, but these guys were very fair with me and the service was great. They spent plenty of time diagnosing and strategizing free of charge, and the plumber they sent me (Ryan) was really pleasant and professional. Would recommend

Absolutely professional plumbers. Called them before 8am for emergency I had of broken handle at the shower which eventually caused leakage, by 11:20am he was at my place fixing it. We had wojtek who solved the emergency I had in no time with very light hands, a very gentle man. And when few parts were missing he made his way to closest retailer around to grab whatever was missing without time waisted. Absolutely worth it although he’s a bit pricey but they deserve every single $!

Cannot say enough about my initial reqction and support from these guys. Answered at 6am for an emergency. Followed up. Listened to me- i had a suspect frozen pipe and was worried for rupture- and gave me good advice and instructions for steps to take and ensured me they would be there to support if things went the wrong way. Could easily have come and charged me a fortune but gave me practical alternatives because they knew i was handy and listened to my story. Gave me good preventative advice as well - this is old fashion local business personalized service and fairness. They will for sure get my business to install some improvements to my system to prevent futur issues. Thank you Murray and Jono!

If I could give Jason 100 stars I would! We have been using Borenstein plumbing for years. They are always extremely accommodating and honest. Jason even went out of his way and came on a Saturday and on top of that his birthday. I highly recommend this company for amazing, consistent, reliable, above and beyond service!!

I got a courtesy call 30 minutes before they arrived on site. Once there, Jason went out of his way to run 30 feet of a new gas line through a finished kitchen with essentially no damage to any of our cabinets! Polite, fair prices and amazing service. Great work, would highly recommend!

I can't speak of the quality of their service since I never got a response back from them after the initial walkthrough of the house. I tried contacting them numerous times to have an answer on whether or not they could do the job and the cost, but never got any sign of life. The work that I needed to be done was time-sensitive and now it has cost me more to have someone else do it on a rush. Would not recommend if you have a time-sensitive work and you need to have someone with the decency to respond to your calls/emails.

I though I was hiring an experienced plumber, I got a brand new guy out of the school. I paid the same price per hours though. He parked the truck really far and constantly had to go get tool from it. every trip took him 20 min. He was unable to complete the job and had to call his colleague many times. In the end a second guy came to help him but after many hours. This guy knew what he was doing and completed the job quickly and efficiently.

Used them few times for gas line capping and laundry room plumbing. They are very professional and fair. They always sound so friendly over the over. I even FaceTimed them as I could not explain the problem and they told me right away what do to. Will be using them everytime!
