I just called this morning to get estimation for changing my roof. I called five times. I was cut off five times. Finally a woman picked up, a very rude attitude "hello" to me. I just said "Good morning", she cut me off, AGAIN. Such bad attitude, unprofessional and low class company, no way I will ask them to change my roof. Not even one star from me! It's just I have to give a star to post this review.

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. Somebody came to check out my problem with my chimney and promised a quote and date for the work. He never got back to me. I called several times and left messages. Nobody got back to me. I presume my job was not lucrative enough. One should be able to expect at least a minimum of professionalism, meaning that someone should have at least informed me that they won’t do the job. Very disappointing for a company that is that long in this business. Unfortunately there is no zero star option Maria Huber

Foyers Lambert replaced our wood-burning stove with a gas insert in 2017. The installation also included a blower to heat our basement recreation room. When it comes to gas fireplaces, size matters. Foyers Lambert sold us an insert that is perfectly suited to our requirements. The flame is attractive and the heating is much more pleasant than baseboard heaters. Four years later we had a technical question because the pilot light had gone out. Mme. Connie came back to us right away with the solution. Great company, great service and a great product.

Lambert replaced my nearly 100 year old slate roof. There a very few companies with expertise in slate tiles. Lambert got back to me quickly, offered a prompt free inspection and once we settled on the slates, kept me informed of my order and arrived to do the work very quickly once the slate tiles had arrived. They were incredibly efficient despite gruelling hot weather and did an amazingly thorough job while patiently answering all my questions! Their workmanship is of the highest quality.

Three years ago I bought a house with a fireplace only to discover that open fireplaces had just been made illegal on the island of Montreal. I searched around for various insert options and finally found Foyers Lambert. Pat came to my place to see what could be done and he knew right away what I needed. I went to their location and Connie showed me the various inserts available. I chose the one Pat had recommended. They installed a Sirocco 25 high-efficiency (and legal) fireplace insert and I love it. Installation was quick. Pat and Bob were very professional. I also had them cover the wall with ledge stones for a real "mid-century"look and the final result was better than I had envisioned! Top-notch pros, easy to deal with and all very knowledgable. I could not be more satisfied. highly recommended.

We first went to Foyer Lambert a couple of years ago and placed a special order of a set of custom fireplace screen doors and smoked glass outer doors. Bob came and took the measurements and the order was placed. It took a long time because the order had to be filled by a workshop in B.C. and they were damaged in shipment and had to be replaced but they finally did arrive and were installed and were a beautiful appearance to an otherwise drab-looking fireplace. In November of 2016 I was informed by my municipality that in 2 years we would no longer be able to use our fireplace because of air quality issues (smog). We went to Foyer Lambert to discuss our options namely: a wood pellet insert, gas, or electric insert. After some discussion with Bob who came to see what could be done, we decided on an Electric insert. Connie the wonderful lady who has guided us throughout gave us the model that we could install and the name of an Electrician who came (after some wait) and installed a plug. Connie gave us a date for the installation and in spite of terrible road conditions due to a major snow storm, Bob came and installed the unit. To say that it truly has turned our fireplace into a hypnotic sight to gaze upon would be an understatement. Both our experiences with Foyer Lambert were very positive and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others nor to do business with them again.

Had lambert do my slate roof 2017. In January 2019 they stalled a gas unit for us. Great job but no thoughts on writing a review. Connie contacted us in march asking if all was good.
