NASTY customer service. No good communication or instructions. Natalie was rude and unprofessional. I asked to talk to a supervisor and she stated there wasn't one around. I'm pretty sure they are not complying to FTC regulations. They expect you to be a mind reader on when you can submit a claim on the secure website. This should be stated on the claim form or at least told once someone calls the first time. And then the nasty woman YELLED AT ME! She should not be working in customer service and learn how to control her anger management because it's clear she has them. Since they have a class action suit against them, I expect no issues with ALL of my shingles being replaced, especially since I have damage to my home. If they give me problems, I'll go to all of the local new stations. Period.

Ca me semble d'une tactique pour éviter d'indemniser les clients en les décourageants. Je suis épuisée par toutes les exigences qui demandent beaucoup d'heures pour répondre aux exigences. Pour une grosse compagnie qui a une grosse part de marché, je trouve que celle-ci ne prend pas ses responsabilités.

Very poor customer service. Someone called me who was rude and unprofessional then sent me an email saying that I had 35 days to produce 3 quotes in order to get a review of the offer they made to replace my roof in the class action suit, as discussed in our conversation. We never discussed this in our conversation because I informed the caller that I am entitled to have a court appointed reviewer and they are trying to strong arm me into accepting a quote that they made which is unreasonable. I will be contacting my lawyer to pursue this further. I paid top price for a roof that was supposed to last a lifetime and it didn't last 15 years. Further they should have staff that speak fluently and can complete a sentence.

What a joke of a business. Shingles are falling off after 5 years worth of use. BP is not aknowledging or accepting any responsibility. I'm filing my claim in the Better Business Bureau and hope other customers do the same. This is unacceptable and they need to be aware of this when purchasing BP products in the future.

Roof shingles that decomposes after 10-12 years. You can't actually find poorer value than this. They refused to pay anything for it, so instead of aknowledging their fault and giving a 1000$ rebate on their own products to replace my roof, they lost a customer for life (so that's tens of thousand of dollars, considering their products only lasts for 10-12 years).

Hello Customer service people need more training on claim numbered W20G710.I have filled out the claim I sent in 25 page document and color pictures the house was bought brand new from the builder, the price of the roof is included in the price of the home,, I provided the diagram of the roof and purchase price and tons of pictures and info and guess what you are still asking for - Section Proof of Purchase Photographs in colour, properly identified, must be submitted: - The structure from a distance, sufficient to show the entire structure including views of all roof vents. - Inside of all soffits (attic space). - Two or three representative pictures of the outside soffits.. - At minimum, two photographs of each roof slope showing the slope and the condition of the, I am doing the roof in 2 weeks maybe somebody can pickup the phone and call me.
