I have not been impressed with the quality of work or professionalism of this company since day one and would not recommend them to anyone wanting to have work done on their furnace or installation of such. Although we did get a good deal/price on the product installed I found Scott to be extremely cocky and unprofessional. We did not receive a receipt and had to ask multiple times for one. We received no information with regards to warranty until we asked approximately 6 months after installation and when our outside line froze recently we were told that by Scott that we should have insulated it. Not being contractors or being in the heating and plumbing industry, we were unaware of this and asked why this wasn't recommended or mentioned in the first place. The response was, "nothing I can do about it now, nice and warm here in Cancun." We ended up contacting another company to fix our current heating issue. Scott often seemed to speak down to me and tried to "mansplain" different topics (random chitter chatter and small talk) while instillation was being done and often showed up late for the day. Later, Scott also emailed us to inform us that an inspector was coming to visit to see his work. He spoke poorly of the inspector and wrote some defamating things in his email about him. We were not informed that an inspection was supposed to occur shortly after installation until the inspector let us know during his visit. Scott waited 6 months to schedule this. The inspector turned out to be quite knowledgeable and really nice. Aside from Scott's abhorrent personality and shortcomings in communication with regards to the receipt, warranty and manditory inspection the furnace does work. Although it is frozen currently and I have to manually empty the water storage compartment with a turkey blaster every couple of hours until the other company we contacted can come and fix it, it is warm inside.
