My experience with Woodhouse was professional and very quick. I was selling my house and we had a huge windstorm and down came the fence. Of course I wasn’t the only person who had their fence in the K-W area come down in the windstorm. I called around and no one could fix the fence by the time the open house was to happen. Woodhouse fix the fence and at a very reasonable price. I was willing to pay premium price to have it done quickly but the other companies wanted to replace the entire fence not only the damaged part and couldn’t come do the work for four to five weeks. Woodhouse did the repair in a week and at an affordable price. Thank you Woodhouse team!!!!

No communication. Does work without consent from insurance or home owner. Work was only half done and when finally completed, was still not done properly. In the end, I had to redo all the base boards, wall repairs and sloppy drywall and paint jobs. Not worth it through insurance or privately.

I only used their services because my insurance company sent them. They helped me with a water leak restore recently. First of all, they always promise to fix things as before the damage happened, but they are not doing that for sure. Don’t believe anything they say!!!! They are unwilling to repair the things because the insurance company only paid them a fixed amount of money. My basement ceiling is completely watered and damaged but they said it's dried and it's ok to just paint. And of course they did not paint it well to cover it. They asked me to buy a color pen to cover some of the damage myself. OK, fine. Secondly they are slow. They only sent one guy to fix the entire place, and that guy only showed up 2 days in a week. Luckily the damage is only in one room so I can still live in the house. Of course they never did things right. They promised to set up a dust barrier before opening the drywall but they didn't. And they only set up the dust barrier when sanding the drywall because I asked for it!!! The thing pisses me off mostly is they told my neighbour that I am picky??????? Am I wrong to ask you to fix things right????
