Need the roof done ASAP and this company came through. They had an excellent reputation and their quote was fair. They noticed an area of the roof around a bathroom exhaust vent that needed repair. They fixed it and moved the vent into a more suitable location. I definitely appreciated their honesty. Quality work.

Just wanted to say that Marvin and his crew did a great job on my roof....I give them a lot of credit spending 3 days up there doing the work in extreme weather! Thanks to the Roofman for getting the job done....better late than never! Weather can have a very negative impact on the timing of getting jobs completed....I have suggested that being completely transparent when booking the job and with any delays is always a great business model to follow :) Thanks to Diana for getting things done!

Just off the bat, I wanted to say I never had The Roofman inc do a job for me, and thats the reason for the one star. Because I did want them to replace my roof. Unfortunately, it took over a week to get any reply from my request for a quote, and that came in the form of a handwritten note that made little to no sense that was left at my house. I then received an email from Brian to let me know he was at my home(unanouced and without permission to enter the property) and would like to sit and go over the quote. I chalked up the fact that it took so long to get back to me to a misunderstanding. So I gave him the benefit of the doubt and we arrange to meet. He texted me the day of the meeting an informed me that he would be there in a half hour then texted back 15 minutes later that he had someone else call and he needed to meet them and can I wait longer lol. After reading the reviews online I was impressed and thought that this company would be an excellent company to trust to replace my roof on my families home.Unfortunatly I was wrong, how could I invest my money when this is my first impression with this company. Very sad the about the amount of integrity as well as level of professionalism shown by their sales staff.

You really get what you pay for with these guys. I was worried about how to go about getting estimates for my roof but, The Roofman made the whole process a breeze. Compared to some other estimates I got they were extremely proffessional and thorough. I did not feel pressured with sales tactics, they simply presented me with the facts. The estimator I dealt with was Rhys and, I would definitely recommend asking for him although I am sure they are all amazing! When it came time to doing the work the crew showed up and they were extremely polite and respectful of my property. The clean up was amazing and my new roof with ridge venting looks so sharp. Most importantly, I feel safe knowing that I got one of the best warranties you can get on a roof. TEN STARS!

We have used several roofing companies in the past for our flat roof and have not been fully satisfied for one reason or another. I contacted The Roofman for some leaks and was given all the information about charges when I called, they arrived the next day and repaired the roof. We had heavy rain overnight and there was no sign of a leak. I am very impressed and I definitely recommend them if you have any roof issues.

The flat roof for our commercial building was in dire need of repair. Roofman came in $10,000 cheaper than the competitors, and used top notch materials. The rep was very patient and was able to answer all my questions to my satisfaction. He recommended we went with this new vinyl-like material instead of the traditional style tar and gravel stuff. Best decision we ever made. Because of this, the top floor is a few degrees cooler in the summer, and a few degrees warmer in the winter, thus saving us in heating and cooling costs year round. Even two weeks after, they sent people over to double check their work and make sure things were done up to standard. 2.5 years in and the roof has had no issues. Very satisfied. As a homeowner, we have used The Roofman twice to replace the roof on two different homes. Both experiences were professional and the service was well done. Our most recent experience was to replace "25 year shingles" which only lasted 10 years. Roofman helped us deal with the warranty requirements and, while not much, we did get some warranty funds. It was certainly eye opening to see what a minimal amount of work the builder did to put on the original roof. I feel much more confident we have an exceptional roof on our house now. 1 star is far too many for the horrendous experience I have had with the Roofman. I had a new flat roof installed 6 years ago. Every time the snow melts the roof leaks. It has done thousands of dollars in damages to the inside of the building. I have had them out every year to "fix" the problem and every year it is just a band aid solution that leaks again. I have given up on them and will be getting another roofing contractor out to fix their mess.

We were very happy with the work done by the Roofman, and specifically the excellent work done by Greg and Josh on site that really exceeded our expectations. We had an old and unnecessary chimney removed and they blended everything in nicely, the site was cleaned and they were very professional about everything. We were also very happy with their work to straighten-out a sloping valley that was both a structural concern and an eyesore. The roof has never looked better. We also appreciate the time Mike spent to help figure out the work that needs to be done. The price was fair. Will be a customer again. A++ keep up the good work guys.

The salesman got back to me when nobody else did. The guys worked for 3 days on the hottest week of the summer. They were all very polite, respectful and friendly and always made sure to keep their work area safe and clean. They even took extra care to cover my plants and windows from debris. They made sure I was happy before sending the bill. Wish there were more companies like this around!

I had a leak on an old roof. Greg from Service gave the situation the attention it required with a couple of solutions but unfortunately the repair wasn't enough to address the issue. We moved forward with a full roof replacement of a 3 shingle layer roof. Gary from Sales quoted a competitive price with no pressure, Rob from scheduling was able to get our roof scheduled prior to Xmas. The roofers encountered a roof that was difficult to prep but they persevered through the job and varying weather. I'd recommend Roofman and will have them back to do the garage roof and quote on the eveastrough.

I just picked them out of the yellow pages, i emailed them and they got back to me the same day. I needed a vent hole cut into my flat roof for a sanitary vent, new flashing around my chimney, and the whole flat roof redone. I told them i would like this all done while i was on vacation.. Kathleen in the office is polite and when she says she will do something,she does it. The crew guys are great Martin, Greg, and Chris all worked hard in the heat and they didn't stop until it was finished. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I can’t say enough good things about the RoofMan. I have a very unique corner and valley on my roof that leads to a massive amount of ice damming. Eventually it tore apart my siding and leaked into my house causing $30k+ in damages. I tried reaching out to many roofing companies and kept getting similar answers. Either they didn’t want to take in the job because it was out of their comfort zone or they just didn’t know how to deal with it. And the few that did offer suggestions just didn’t make sense. I knew where the problem was coming from but none of them would listen. I’m not a roofer but I’ve worked in the trades my whole life. And after the walls that had to be torn down from the inside exposed the real problem I still couldn’t get them to listen. That’s when I got in touch with Chris at the RoofMan. He took the time to listen to me, then come check out the problem and then help come up with a solution. He sent his guy Greg who’s custom problem expert. Between the two of them they were able to make the repair. Actually more than that…they went above and beyond and made fixes in that corner that weren’t included in the original plan. These guys know their stuff. I sleep much easier now. I HIGHLY recommend the RoofMan.
