Company is not professional at all. They place an ad for general Labour roofers with no experience necessary as they have on the job training. Spoke to a Kevin on the phone for 20 minutes. He encouraged my husband to hand in a resume as they are needing roofers even inexperienced, and how it's all about attitude. My husband sent in his resume the very next day. The GM (Andrew) sends a message (days later) that they need experience roofers. So for days my husband was hopeful for even a interview after the "great" conversation with Kevin. We even reached out to Kevin and asked what happened because why ask to send in a resume if you knew experience was needed?! Kevin replied he's busy and will connect later....still it's been weeks and no response. They don't care, they are not professional at all. Someone is lying because one person says one thing and the other says something different. In my experience in HR management this would cause an uproar if someone took this further to investigate. Stybek you are not professional and you should not advertise on your website that you do on the job training if you want experienced roofers.
