Very good experience with them! Was trouble getting a roofer to fix up some wind damage, however Scott responded right away and was able to give me an estimate after I sent over some pictures. He came the next day. The job was done well and at the price they gave, so no surprises. Very satisfied with this experience.

Quick and easy roof repair - even on a busy day after a wind storm they came same day to do a minor repair for us, and even fixed a couple of other things they noticed while they were up on the roof! Very reasonable price too.

We had to wait to get our roof done as it was too late in the year and the weather was turning. Precision roofing came and tarped our roof in the areas where it was most damaged. Come spring time we got a call and they came to do our roof. The team put tarps down everywhere to make sure our lawn and shrubs were protected. They even let us throw away our old kitchen countertop in their trash bin! While they were doing the roof, they were not intrusive and you hardly knew they were here (other than the banging). They also fixed our flashing which was damaged and not part of the original quote. I feel confident that they did a great job because of the little things that they did to go out of the way to ensure the roof was installed perfectly. I'm happy that they used Owens Corning shingles, as I feel they are a better quality that GAF which many local companies use. I would definitely recommend Precision Roofing to anybody. Great quality and great price!

From the Start of our quote Francisco was straight forward and honest with us. We had our roof and siding done. Their team was courteous and professional. I called Precision Roofing for a quote, I planned on calling 3 companies to compare. After Precision's quote I didn't feel the need to call anyone else. They knew what they were talking about and were NOT creating unnecessary work. It was professional/honest. I needed the flashing replaced around one of 2 chimneys. They did just that along with some new fire/ice sheeting. They color matched the replacement shingles. They replaced some of the aging sealant around various roof components. Even the areas that looked ok were re-patched up. They were quick to respond and left no mess! The work was completed 10 weeks ago. I strongly recommend Precision Roofing!!

I contacted numerous roofers for quotes, and many of them I never heard back from. The ones who did leave me quotes submitted quotes with very little information on them. Precision was the only contractor who wanted to meet with me personally at my house to give me my quote. He (Baltazar) gave me a very thorough quote on the spot, and gave me an option of several different quality shingle brands I could go with, along with some good info on them. He is also knowledgeable on attic ventilation and gave me some good advice. The fact that he did this gave me a lot of confidence in his company that they wanted to do good quality work. This is what convinced me to use Precision, even though they came in a tad higher than my other 2 quotes From what I could tell, Scott and his crew did what they quoted, with the quoted shingles, underlayment, and ice shield etc. They were careful to make as little mess as possible when stripping my old shingles off, very few shingles went into my lawn/flowerbeds, and they protected the vulnerable plants before getting to work. Work was done in a time efficient manner, new shingles were installed nice and straight, etc. Professional, respectful crew. The cleanup after was thorough as well (gutters, lawn, flowerbeds). The final bill come out to the exact amount quoted, with no surprises. We decided to add one extra exhaust vent in the roof, and unfortunately it was installed visibly off center (4” off) between my existing vents, which does bother me a bit. I would rather have the vent centered correctly for cosmetic purposes, even if it’s over a rafter. One other improvement I would have liked to see was a bit of a followup after installation just to explain a couple irregularities due to my roof decking being a little funky in spots. It would've made my initial impression after completion better had they explained these things right away instead of me needing to figure them out myself.

Scott and his team did an amazing job on our roof and took the time to do it properly. After the job was complete, they cleaned up everything and even cleaned our eaves troughs. We are very happy and would definitely hire Scott at Precision Roofing again.

Miguel came to my house for an inspection, he was very thorough and professional. He was able to explains several issues he found and the effects those issues have on our home and how he could correct those issues. Miguel and his team placed tarps all around my house, moved my patio furniture and even covered my BBQ before they stripped my roof. They replaced several sheets of plywood and updated the attic vent system as well as replaced all the flashing on my house. They spent a day and a half working to finish the job and they took the time to make sure everything was perfect, even my neighbours commented on how professional the crew is and the high quality of the job. This was the first time I have seen a roofing company take the time to measure and chalk line before installing vents to make sure they are 100% straight. After the job they were extremely thorough with the clean up and left my property just as it was when they showed up. I would not hesitate to use them again. They were even slightly cheaper than a lot of other quotes I got from other companies. Thanks to Miguel and your team.

First of I would like to say you guys have a great sales rep. Baltazar was so detailed about the roof design he presented us from the different types of ventilation systems to the different types of shingle manufacturers, I was quite impressed with the malarkey shingles and there smog eating granules and there nailing zone but we had to go a level down and choose the OC Duration shingles and I got to say they look amazing on my roof. I would like to thank Miguel the project supervisor for doing a great job along with your hard working employees. Keep up the great work guys and I would recommend you to any of my friends and family.

Based on my experience, I highly recommend working with these guys if you're considering a new shingle roof. They were very responsive throughout the entire quoting process - never hesitating to answer any questions I had. The install crew was friendly and professional and did their best to prevent any property damage. The finished product looks fantastic! In June 2021 I had my roof replaced by Miguel and his team. I was very happy with the quality and professionalism of their work. Miguel is taking the time to do a job perfectly and him and his team work very clean. They used tarps to cover areas around our house making sure they protect everything from dust and debris. They also repaired and sealed all my gutters.I highly recommended Miguel and his team for any job related with your roof . You won't be disappointed for sure.
