Does my driveway whenever it snows. Really reliable.

I ask one of the guy's to do my driveway, he said he would and for me to give the money to my neighbor, and he would come the next day, I gave my neighbor the money, this was 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting to get my driveway done. This person is unreliable, untrustworthy, and a rip-off. Now I am out of $40.00 and my driveway still needs to be done. Do not hire this company.
