I had the chance to work with Ben as an operator of a painting franchise company in the past and Ben has always done an amazing job. He received multiple awards for the quality of the service he offered to his clients. I also had the chance to see some of his roofing jobs and I can definitely say he is someone you can trust for small and big roofing projects. Also, having worked with some of the owners of Rydel, I can say that this company is high quality standards oriented.

Overpriced and subcontracted - but not as overpriced as some. Had to call the crew boss repeatedly - once because the underlay wasn't complete, once because the crew didn't caulk the roof vents and once because the cleanup was lacking and my daughter was crawling over nails. To be fair, everything I complained about the crew boss did have them fix or fixed himself. Person quoting (Benn) was very personable but didn't see that the roof would need to be resheeted, so the re-sheet (for an extra $4700) was a surprise. Final product looks good. Salesman came by after the project and upgraded my warrantee for free as an apology for all the trouble, says they have renegotiated contracts with their subcontractors to avoid the issues I had with them.

Several delays but understandable considering the weather. They said they would add new flashing but used the existing. Clean up was unsatisfactory gutters were not cleaned and several cut ends left in gutters and roof. Pricier according to other quotes but but went with them for their professional approach and hoped the workmanship would match it. However, found them friendly, informative and helpful especially offering us the use of their garbage bin. ??? Still waiting for my referral reward.

I've been converted - I won't be going with any other roofing company! Benn and his team did such a quick and great quality job on my roof which had severe storm damage. They were so courteous and worked around my schedule, and they're just all around great people to work with! I'm so happy with the finished product and honestly can't recommend them highly enough.
