If 0 stars was an option that would best describe my experiences with REP. They are the cheapest for a reason. The worst customer service I've ever had! The last project I used them for took over 11 months to get the order right. It's definitely worth the extra to not have to deal with REP.

I ordered material for my steel roof from REP. Mat is very helpful and whenever I've needed to pop in for little things I always get great service. Products they don't stock get shipped in really quickly too. I'll be back for siding and new windows in the future.

I wasn't disappointed with the product, but make sure you don't order anything you aren't absolutely sure you need it because they don't accept returns, which can be tough on a new build with a 20k order. Seems petty and now I have to sell them on Kijiji? When you wonder why people shop at big box stores, this is exactly why.

Worst experience I have ever had with a company. After all the mistakes that were made by the company and after waiting close to 5 months I only ended up getting 1/2 of the windows installed. The only good thing about the company were the Installers themselves.

We had a custom front door, a new side door and a window converted into a patio door. Price was great, the doors are beautiful and customized to what I ordered. The install was smooth, timely and the folks doing the work were extremely pleasant to work with. Would definitely go to REP again!

The salesmen were vary knowledgeable about the products i was interested in purchasing. It was easy ordering products through them and the time lines were exactly what they said they would be. I would recommend REP for anyone doing renovations or new builds.

Outstanding. We ordered a custom door. They were outstanding for letting us know when it was in and worked around our schedule to install the door. The whole crew from the estimator to the install team were very professional and courteous. We love these folks so much we just ordered replacement windows for the whole front of the house. Highly recommended.

2 years and 3 measurements later I finally get my custom deck railing finished. Product good but service poor. I had to measure myself in the end and got it right. Yet was blamed and made out to be an idiot in front of the entire shop for their own mistake.

A little over the 5 month mark since approving the quote and paying the deposit. Communication has been non existent once the deposit was paid. Continue to get the run around it seems when checking in and being told to wait just a few more weeks. Last contact was in early November telling me I was in the next round of bookings when checking on the status.

As a small-scale Landlord and no Property Management company, I deal with a lot contractors, trades, services. This was such an idyllic experience; the price was great, the windows seem like terrific quality, they were easy to communicate with, and the installers were not only skilled, but consider of tenants & pets; the logistics went beautifully. There are no suggestions for improvement. I'm so, so happy with the service and product.

Have been going to rep for many years for material. And i have been dealing with Rick and the guys there back when they worked at buchner mfg. If they don't have it in stock they'll have it in a couple of days.

REP was a joy to work with. They gave me realistic timelines (considering supply chain issues) and were actually able to do the work considerably ahead of schedule. They were very communicative and answered all of my inane questions very patiently. And the gentlemen who came to do the install were extremely professional, friendly, and also very very communicative; any tiny adjustment to the install plan that had to be made was explained and I was given a choice of how I wanted to proceed. I would highly recommend them.
