I had a new furnace and water heater installed by Reins. A significant purchase in any home with concern over cost and quality of installation. Reins did not disappoint in the least. The installers were on time almost to the minute. They were friendly and polite as well as respectful of my home. They brought in their own roll out carpet so they wouldn't track any dirt in the house. I do a lot of my own home renos and I have a technical background so I can be critical of work like this. . When the installation was finished I was extremely happy with the work done. Not only did they do a great job but they fixed some of the mess from the previous installation. The work done showed me that the install crew did care about what they were doing, and from a technical point of view, these guys were artists that took pride in their art. I would not hesitate to recommend Reins and I would certainly work with them again.

System can not keep the house at 23 degrees at noon on a sunny day. The temperature goes up to 25 or even 26 C. We were given 4 options ranging in price from about $5000 to $9000. Price was not a consideration so we chose the most expensive option and are, therefore, somewhat disappointed that the system underperforms. The installation was done well but we may have needed a more powerful system or some other modification.

We had our 2 furnaces and AC units replaced by Reins - who have serviced our existing equipment for the 15 years that we have owned this home. During our annual service we were told that our AC units were shot. Josh Leakey from sales was at our home within 24 hours and provided options for us.. including stand alone AC unit purchases and combinations of new furnaces and AC units. Josh was both informative and patient as we sorted out the best solution. We decided to go with Carrier Infinity AC units and multi stage furnaces. The installation duo of Wade and Aaron were great.. they took great care in our home and installed 2 systems in two days. They too were extremely knowledgable and very friendly. We have had the units for 2 weeks and are enjoying the AC through the first of the summer heat waves with high humidity. I love the WIFI enabled thermostats and the data that they can provide on consumption and costs. We received three quotes for this work and received the best value from Reins. While it is never fun to have spend lots of money on M&E replacement we are happy with the quality of the equipment that we purchased and the service that we received from Reins.

I contacted Reins late in the week after furnace ceased to work in early November and time was crucial since temperatures were steadily dropping. Josh was able to respond quickly and came out to the site the following day to provide an estimate for a new Carrier heating system. He presented a multilevel estimate to provide a variety of options at different price points and answered all of our heating questions. Josh responded promptly over the weekend to all of our questions, and with his help we were able to make an informed decision on how best to meet the heating needs. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and once the decision on which furnace had been made he was able to book the installation for the middle of the following week. Wednesday morning the technicians arrived and quickly removed the old furnace and installed the new Carrier furnace while adhering to all covid protocols. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and completed the installation in 4 or 5 hours. I can't say enough about Josh and the entire team at Reins. From the first meeting with Josh to receive a quote, to the technicians who installed the unit, to Mary at the office, they were all so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend the team at Reins.

Replaceable. We used this company for over a decade to maintain and install air and heat for all our properties.Tried to book service but they now want prepayment to simply book an appointment. Policy change must be recent because my partner has never had an issue before... that, or they have a special policy for women. I made one call and had them replaced in 2 minutes with a company that does not require my credit card or an etransfer to book an appointment. So much for a decade of business.

The sales representative I dealt with was Josh Leakey - an honest, conscientious, thorough and punctual individual. He answered a barrage of questions from me and returned the info I was requesting almost immediately. He also put me in touch with Hugh, one of the co owners, to answer some specific questions. He was very helpful. I have ordered the new AC from this company and if the installation and support from this company is as good as the service to date, I will be an extremely happy client. Dealing with Reins Heating & AC was outstanding from the beginning. After having issues of no heat two days before Christmas they promptly and professionally made a service call to us and determined that our 12 year old furnace had two significant issues that resulted in no heat. They provided options of part replacement or furnace replacement to us with cost associated with both. Although not the original owners of the broken furnace they gave us a nice rebate on the cost of replacement which we took. By first thing the following morning (Christmas Eve Day) a crew arrived with a new high efficiency furnace replacement for installation. The crew were polite, professional and had it installed and briefed us on the new furnace and thermostat within hours of their arrival. There was no mess to clean up and all packaging was taken away. A super well organized team made this whole experience an incredible pleasure. Thanks to all involved. Definitely recommended.
