I had Dan come out after I got water in my basement. He advised me that waterproofing may not be the best avenue, and recommended a simple solution without trying to sell me an expensive and invasive system. Clearly has the customers best interest in mind.

DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY. He is extremely slow and lazy and only works a few hours a day. He has zero disregard for the property he is working at or any surrounding properties. He’s also very rude and confrontational. The only part of the job he does is operating the excavator. He hires young inexperienced kids to do the work and doesn’t show them how to do it but rather just tells them how. He is the most laziest contractor I have ever seen. If you want a job done right and promptly, you are best to hire someone else

Loyalist Construction was recommended by a neighbour. I needed some work done to repair many cracks in the pargging on my house. After one call I had a visit and an estimate a day later. Dan and his team did an excellent job on waterproofing the entire perimeter of my house because I had multiple cracks on each wall. I'm very satisfied with the competed work. I recommend Loyalist to anyone who wants to have a piece of mind and dry basement. Dan is very honest and does everything as per contract agreement. He is also very nice and polite person. I purchased a property in February and it started to have a water infiltration in April. It was a nightmare, as you can imagine. I hoped to fix the problem by sloping the dirt away from the house but it didn't help. All summer, I hoped that after doing one more thing, it will fix the water problem. Finally, I started to look for a company that will repair the basement. I contacted multiple companies and I choose Loyalist because he gave lifetime transferrable warranty ( which is an important detail when you sell your property) and he gave excellent explanations, he is also local and runs his business for many years. It is an expensive work, but I have a dry basement and a piece of mind, I know that if I ever have any problem, Dan will come over to fix it.

Very satisfied with the job done by Dan Weaver from Loyalist. We started with just a small amount of water seeping into the basement. Usually during the spring thaw but progressing over the years to whenever it rained. Loyalist not only did the work on time but were able to do it 2 weeks earlier than planned. Last week we had heavy rain a couple of times and the basement is totally dry. We are very happy with the work done by Dan & his son.

When we discovered that we needed repair work done to our basement wall we did our due diligence and got three quotes from local contractors. Loyalist contractor was a clear choice after meeting with Dan Weaver and his son Troy, their suggestion per scope of work to be done far exceeded the work that the other two contractors were willing to preform. Price was very reasonable when considering the amount of time it would take and the materials to be used to complete the job. Dan had his own equipment so there was no third party involvement. The main factor that made our choice of contractors was a no brainer. Loyalist construction guarantee there work. Loyalist construction was prompt, ahead of schedule actually. Troy and Dan are very hard workers, experienced, professional and in all accounts we would highly recommend them. They left the side of the house clean and the basement is not leaking any more. Thanks to Loyalist construction we highly recommend.

Had foundation excavation and waterproofing done. Dan and Troy were awesome. Very professional and worked hard to get the job done in a timely fashion despite being incredibly busy. I had some issues with a sub trade on the job and Dan listened to my concerns and tried his best to pick up the slack and make the job run smoothly. I work in construction myself and have pretty high standards when it comes to work being done on my own house. Loyalist did not disappoint and I would not hesitate to hire them again.
