This is a great company , they are very friendly and professional. I was surprised by the honesty and integrity as it is hard to find in this buisness but the team at Kingston Pro Painters have it , you can tell that they take pride in the job they do. At the end of the day you will be pleased with result and the price is fair which is also a bonus. I will be using them again for sure as I am very happy with the results and like I said the people there are great, the professional and integrity makes it easy and enjoyable to do buisness with.

In 2017 we hired Jordan Hoover and his team to paint the outside of our house. We were very happy with his work so had him epoxy paint our concrete landings. He always guarantees his work and would find a solution to most challenges. By spring 2018, after the thaw, it was evident that water was bubbling up the paint and it was peeling. We emailed Jordan in May to let him know. He seemed surprised and vowed that he would ensure it got fixed. The summer was his busy time so we waited months and emailed several more times. By September he still hadn't contacted us with a solution and stopped answering our emails. Although he states he used an expert to apply this product, I think he got in over his head using a product he may not have been comfortable with and now doesn't have the professionalism and curtesy to deal with us.

Had Kingston pro painters come out and give us a quote after weeks of trying to get a hold of them. the quote was really high and i thought i would check with my neighbours. Sure enough it was TWICE as much as what a competitor was charging. SHAME ON YOU!

This guy is a joke!. I made an appointment with for 5:00pm three days in advance. Told him i'm coming from out of town and that my wife and real estate agent would be there at condo. He confirms via text that he will be there at 5pm sharp. 5:45pm no show. I text him, he calls me rude ,and a lunatic because I was upset that he stiffed us. I have all his rude texts...AVOID at all costs.

Kingston Pro’s service was impecable. We wanted Benjamin Moore Cloud White painted over beige and green walls. Jordan did a great job covering up old paint. The walls are fresh and clean, and exactly what we wanted! Thank you!
