The service provider was quick. I called them at 9am and they were at my house by lunch time. My unit is brand new. We were charged for the service call because earwigs shorted out an electrical component. Im happy with the companies service but I wouldn't recommend the AC unit. I haven't even got one year out it before it was taken out by a bug. Not a very durable machine. it will be very expensive to maintain if things continue this way. four star service, two star equipment.

I phoned them at 3:30pm on a Friday afternoon due to a cranky furnace as we were on the verge of some nice Canadian -20C weather for the upcoming weekend. The technician arrived within an hour and got things running smoothly again. The fast response late on a Friday afternoon is GREATLY APPRECIATED!! Keep up the great work!!

Woke up to no heat from our oil fired furnace and even though Kingston Home Heating was fully booked, they were able to send a technician right away. James was very courteous and was able to repair our furnace and get heat back on within a few hours of our phone call. Great service!

Gas fireplace serviced by James, who was excellent. He was polite, helpful, very knowledgeable and did a thorough job. We were totally happy with his service. My only complaint was with the Kingston Home Heating office regarding their scheduling. I made this appointment over the phone 6 weeks in advance and the service did not happen on the scheduled day. I phoned the office the morning of the scheduled service (on a Friday) and they were pleasant and assured me that I was next on their list. However by the end of the day no one had showed up and I received no phone call from their office advising me of that. Kind of unfortunate on their part since I was otherwise pleased with their service.

I had one of Kingston Home Heating’s experts come to my home, as they are an official Napoleon dealer and I was having issues with my fireplace. He informed me I had to change the assembly and that they’d call me back once they found it. Three weeks later I hadn’t heard back from the company and I had another company looking at my A/C, seeing as Kingston Home Heating hadn’t called me back I had this person take a look at the fireplace, turns out the gas line just hadn’t been drained. I feel swindled in having had this company come to try and fix this issue and then clearly not knowing the products for which they’re an official dealer.

Top quality professional service provided by James from Kingston Home Heating this morning! Our central AC stopped working last night and the house was 28'C by morning and rising. Kingston Home Heating had a technician on-site within a couple hours of my call! James quicky diagnosed the problem and worked quicky to replace the required part, then went the extra mile to perform some additional maintenance and cleaning. By early afternoon the house was back down to a comfortable temp! Thank you James and thank you Kingston Home Heating ????

Kingston Home Heating has been our heating maintenance provider for many years and have provided great professional quality service! When it came time to replace our 32 year old electric furnace we stayed with KHH because of their history of outstanding service! We were provided a competitive quote for the work and James and Shawn arrived on time as scheduled for the new furnace installation. Both James and Shawn were professional and experienced - they did an outstanding job and went over and above taking the time to place walking tarps so as not to track things into the house and they took the time to go over the features of the new furnace and warranty with us! And the price of the new furnace installation was as per quote! We are very pleased with Kingston Home Heating and the service James and Shawn provided! Thank you!

The tech James came out to look at our fireplace. We had another company that said "pro" come take a took and spent 2 hours and said to just replace it . I was hesitant to spend $5000 on a new propane fireplace and also hesitant to have someone else take a look and say its no good, but I'm glad we had James come out. Luckily he was able to undo and fix the problems and DIY jumpers that the last owner and company did. So far its nice and warm ! Few hundred vs few thousand dollars . We will enjoy sitting around our fixed fireplace for Christmas ! Thanks Kingston home heating for having knowledgeable and professional staff to help ????

Very little communication to ensure adequate services provided. Charged $100 for 15 minute inspection. Although actual technician that made the service call was informative and pleasant. The company/manager neglected to disclose charges for service call and made no follow up. Would need to know some corrective action took place before would consider again.

These guys are amazing! Our gas furnace and HRV were on their last legs and we needed a solution for retaining enough humidity in the home to maintain the warranty on our new hardwood floors. After doing research on the options available we contacted Steve (the owner) who provided practical suggestions and options. Derek, the service technician who inspected our HRV, impressed us with his knowledge of this product. Ron (the estimator) was extremely helpful and by now we knew Kingston Home Heating was the contractor we wanted to deal with. Shawn and Adam installed our new Bryant furnace, HRV and flow-through humidifier attached to the furnace ductwork. Everyone was awesome. These HVAC products have new features and technology that require experienced installers and these guys know their stuff. The work area was immaculate at the end of the job. He always arrives , as scheduled with a courtesy phone call, from the office, 15 minutes prior to his arrival. Had the unfortunate circumstance that our furnace stopped working (on the Saturday of a long weekend and the cold temperatures of the winter). The trouble call was answered promptly and we had a technician at our house in an hour. Adam was not able to repair the issue on that day but was able to get the furnace working sufficiently until work resumed on Tuesday. James came in first thing on Tuesday morning with the brand specific parts, installed in less than hour. WE are very satisfied with the professionalism and personable staff at KHH. Not that we want to have to call them again any time soon, but will not hesitate to do so. Highly recommend them.
