This company is unreliable, and their work is not up to standard. We got our roof completely redone July 2020. By March 2021 we heard leaks. We have contacted this company repeatedly to come fix their work, as they have a "10 year guarantee". They first told us someone would come within the week, and no one showed up. It has been months since they have answered our emails. Stay away if you'd like to have roof that works.

Kerr's roofing completed ny roof years ago and was happy with the work. However I had some roof caps that need repaired and trying to contact Adam many times over a 6 month period and kept promising to come out and said he would look to do the work. However he never did come out and wasted my time when I could of found someone else. This is no way to run a business!!

I've used Kerr's Roofing on several occasions and I would recommend them to anyone requiring a reliable and trustworthy team to take care of their roofing needs. Adam and his team arrived promptly to take care of the roof on our house, and did a spectacular job. They also recently took care of a leaky roof on our rental property, because the previous roof wasn't done properly. I couldn't recommend them more! Thanks guys!

I worked with Adam Kerr on replacing the shingles for half of the roof of my commercial property about two years back and honestly, he and his company did a great job. Since then, any time I call him up for any additional services, I am never able to get through to him and when I do, he only tells me that he will get back to me and then never does despite multiple calls and emails. I don't understand, does Kerr Roofing not want more business? Or if they are fully booked up, I would appreciate a response saying so instead of leaving me hanging. TL;DR the one job I could get them to work on was fine, no issues so far. However, unprofessional and unresponsive after the job was done. I'm only hoping their service holds and I will not need to contact them again under the warranty as I doubt they'll respond.

I initially messaged this company through their "contact us" option on their website on October 22nd. I was very detailed in my description of the work I was hoping to get completed. 2 days pass and no reply. I messaged them again on October 24th asking about the work again thinking that maybe the messaged was missed. No reply. I called and only got a voice mail (during business hours). It is now October 31st and no reply ever. Kinda surprising. I hope there is a technical issue and they are simply just not ignoring potential customers / sales. Unfortunately, this has to be a 1 star for lack of reply to customer.

I highly recommend Adam. He gave me a written quote and stuck to it. Job was done when they said it would be done. Crew is quick and pleasant to deal with. They did some repairs and there was no additional charge.

I would definitely NEVER recommend Kerr's Roofing. Almost 4 years worth of issues on a job done incorrectly. Hard to get ahold of although website says 24 hour emergency service. Mailbox is always full. Putting in screws to hold down flashing is incorrect and when a windstorm comes they all pull out. I will be putting in a call to the BBB.

Adam Kerr is only interested in one thing - money. He damaged my home when replacing my roof, put his workers at risk by installing a roof in high winds (there were no safety harnesses), he tried to reuse old materials and denied any issues with the install. I had to hire a second company to oversee repairs related to his install. I have since come to understand that on another job his installers cut off a toilet vent pipe and shingled over it - the result was sewer gas in an attic.....who does this?! if you want a terrible job for the same price as a reputable roofer, then Adam is your guy!

Well I wanted to go with these guys because of the great reviews and I even know one of the reviewers below who gave them 5 stars, but they have zero professional courtesy. I called two days ago to see if they could come patch my roof caused by wind damage, "Oh yeah no problem I'll get to it tomorrow morning." 2pm rolls by the next day and my wife says they still haven't arrived so I call to see what's up. He says they're finishing up another job and if they have time, they'll come do it, otherwise they'll get it done tomorrow. At this point my house has been exposed and in the rain for 24 hours. Next day, no show again. So I called and just told him I'd go with someone else. Listen, I get that you're probably busy with other jobs and you can't get to my roof right away; that's not the issue here. It's the fact I was led to believe they'd get it done the next morning, then the next day after that and it still wasn't done. No call saying they're delayed or letting me know what's going on or anything. No mention of having other jobs before mine and giving me some kind of realistic timeline. So my wife has been stuck at home waiting on them all day for 2 days and my roof still isn't done and will be in the rain for longer now that I have to find another company. Needless to say I'm very disappointed and will not be recommended the name Kerr's Roofing to anyone.

We had our roof done a couple of weeks ago. Zero complaints. Both neighbors so impressed they both had their roofs done by Kerr Roofing this week! On time, reasonable quote, hard workers, super efficient, great clean up!!!! Would use again and highly recommend!

A quick call and Adam came and gave us a quote that was extremely competitive. He made several recommendations and pointed out some errors the previous roofer had made on our home. The crew was on time, and worked diligently without the boombox experience you often get with roofing companies. The roof looks great, and we have no doubt it will continue that way for many years to come.
