I called GT Air late Sunday evening as my Furnace had quit. The 24 hour line was answered promptly, a few suggestions were made to help restore Heat while I was on the phone. I was told I would be called at 8am to schedule and appointment on Monday morning, I received a call at 815am, I had a tech at my house by 9am. Fast, Courteous and Professional service. I would highly recommend them. My call took 2 separate visits as I had intermittent issues and both technicians were friendly and helpful.

My home came with a furnace and AC system installed by GT. That was more than 15 years ago. I have GT do an annual inspection and repairs when needed and there has never been any issues. We're very happy with these folks and highly recommend them.

I wish it could give minus stars, the owner here seems friendly and trust worthy at first but beware he WILL rip you off. He takes advantage of young families and seems to have no business morals. He uses blackmail and silence as evasive techniques. I don't trust a business that has a corrupt ethic less person who running it. He is a compulsive liar and I recommend people stay far far away from Neil Glenn owner of gt air.

Office staff were very friendly and responsive when I requested a service call, and someone arrived to fix our A/C quickly. They were polite, professional and efficient and got us up and running again same day. Highly recommend this company. My first time dealing with them and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Have been waiting 8 days for my furnace to be repaired, and still have to wait another two days. 10 days for a repair job in the middle of winter. It was their priority to wait until property manager can be here at the house 10 days later to watch at his request, rather than let tenants have heat during this time.

Thank you GT Air for the wonderful service that you provided. Your guys were timely and professional. Not only did they resolve the issues I was having but their advice saved me from being without heat this past winter. I have radiant in floor heat that works off a boiler system. The ignition switch was worn but had some life left into it. Your tech's suggestion was to purchase a spare switch and replace it when necessary. I live on an island so it isn't always easy to get a service person over quickly. I know this wouldn't work for all persons, however being somewhat technical, this was an easy fix for me. I fully intend to use you for all of my boiler and air exchange issues.
