I have my home listed for sale. I had a couple from Ottawa very interested. They came through my house twice. They hired this company to test the insulation in my attic for asbestos. The gentleman who came to my house told my potential buyers that he did not have to test my insulation he could tell just by looking that there was asbestos in my attic. I have learned that you CAN NOT detect asbestos by looking at it. I decided to get my insulation tested at Caduceon. My test results came back,and I have no asbestos in my attic. In the meantime my potential buyers walked away. This is your company's fault. They lied about what is in my attic. NOT professional at all. My question is why didn't he test it like he was hired to do? I think so he could get the business of removing it. I wouldn't trust this company at all. You lie about talking to my home inspector. That was 3 years ago. So please explain how you talked to him???? He was not here so another lie.

When we were informed of vermiculite insulation present in our attic space, we got three quotes to remove all the insulation and Environmentall's was the most reasonable. The lowest bid isn't always the best way to go, but the work was done extremely well (the air test technician who inspected the job said it was one of the cleanest attics he'd ever seen) and the crew were courteous and cheerful during a difficult four-day job, which helped reduce the stress a little for us homeowners. They also cleaned a large area of mold damage from rafters and decking in the attic, which now looks like brand new wood despite being 50 years old. It was a blow finding the asbestos, but now it's been dealt with properly. Recommended.

We discovered asbestos in the basement of our new house.. obviously. Environmentall provided us with a quote that was for a fair price and gave us some flexibility if the work happened to be more than they expected. We thought 2 or 3 days to get the work done. The team came on the day and finished by 4PM. I couldn't believe it! They were nice to be around, very polite. It was a great experience from reaching out to waving the truck off at the end of the day, to paying the invoice. Also, their dump truck drivers like to smile, wave and honk their horn for my daughter. Can't beat that! 100% will use them again in the future. Hopefully not because we have more asbestos but who knows!

Eric and his team did what they said they would; on time and on budget, something rarely seen in the construction industry today. They were professional and very good at the job they did. Staff was helpful and prompt and I received a call as promised from Michel, one of their experts. Michel was fantastic! He was knowledgable, polite and honest. I have had a bad experience with this company. I would suspect it’s the employee that represents the company but that is the company! After spending over $60,000.00 dollars for an environmental cleanup here are some of my experiences: Failure to respond to phone calls, texts or emails either in a timely manner or even response at all??? Failure to answer direct questions or alleviate concerns. Administration failed to respond to emails as well. Over billed on a portion of the work and came up later with a lame excuse to justify the overbilling and stated that I won’t be billed for the additional work that they failed to do correctly in the first place? Failure to provide the final report without contact from our solicitor representative even though they had been paid in full. Mailed the report to a 3rd party even though they were instructed not however the company ignored that direction. The company stated they provided our solicitor with a copy of the report which was totally false and told the law firm a different story than to the people paying the bill?? Failed to update correct information on their client. Still trying to get final report after paying bill in full. Staff provided unprofessional response! Complaint made to office managers will see if they actually deal with their staff??? Didn’t seem to take details of complaint so I suspect nothing will be done. However, they were very good at communicating when looking for any bill payment owed to them. I would recommend that you look at alternative companies due to my experience.

I contacted this group to remove a piece of drywall that potentially contained asbestos that was sitting on top of my furnace, as required by my HVAC guys before they initiated work. The service was quick and the technician was professional, I have no complaints there. I take issue with the cost of this service. I feel this company exploits a non-competitive market in asbestos removal (asbestos being a hazardous substance if you lack proper protective gear). Despite this being a 5-minute job (in and out of my house in 5 minutes), there was a 3-hour minimum labour charge, resulting in a bill of over $500. When I enquired into the cost breakdown, I received an initial rude response, and had to push further to receive a cost breakdown. This secondary response resulted a reduction of my initial quote and an effort to amend the earlier misstep, which I appreciate. When I spoke with other individuals involved in this trade after the fact, they felt this companies price to be high. I would consider looking into other companies or alternate safe solutions for asbestos removal (they do exist, but please research it!), particularly for simple jobs that will take under 3 hours.

Billy Cowan, Terry Babcock and Nick have done an exceptional professional job of removing all the remnants and debris from our fire site. As well as relaying 22.55 tons of granual A gravel to replace what was destroyed. . We highly recommend this company!!!! Great job and we are very satisfied.. Within 4 months of our fire thanks to the entire Enviromentall Contracting Services team our log home is now fully repaired. Which included glass blasting the entire house, applying two coats of primer and stain, replacing the bathroom window and patio door, replacing the eves troughs and air vents on the roof of the house. The work was done very professionally. Each crew that came out, left our property very clean. They were all very accommodating to all our needs. Thanks to Jim Picken for overseeing all the projects that were undertaken. Also for working with Avril Bailey from TD Insurance. These teams made sure that funds were paid to us to have our barn rebuilt in an expedited time. They also reimbursed us for all the items on our contents list!!!! To say we are extremely happy and pleased with Environmentall is an understatement... Don and I would highly recommend this exceptional company with a 5+ star rating!!! Two very happy customers. I really like this company what a great service they did for me at my home. I was getting upset that a women who lived close to us was thinking she had the right to tell us we cant go into the woods that is on our property so I called up environmentall contracting services to chop down the forest brush and build a fence for me to show this lady who's land is who's I really like these people their friendly and efficient and they don't cost a lot to do tree work of any sort of work that they offer I would highly recommend this company for just about anything that a involves work. ????????
